Abstract
Procédé pour isoler et purifier des composés bioactifs dans un extrait obtenu à partir d'algues. Le procédé implique les étapes suivantes : (a) la circulation de l'extrait à travers une membrane d'ultrafiltration présentant un seuil de coupure de masse moléculaire approprié ; (b) le recueil du filtrat à partir de l'extrait d'algues pour obtenir une première fraction de filtrat et un rétentat ; et (c) le rinçage du rétentat pour obtenir une ou plusieurs fractions supplémentaires de filtrat. La bioactivité de la première fraction du filtrat et des fractions supplémentaires du filtrat peut ensuite être évaluée pour déterminer leur efficacité sur la croissance végétale. Il est également décrit une ou plusieurs molécules bioactives isolées à partir d'une espèce d'algues où la ou les plusieurs molécules bioactives ont une masse moléculaire située dans la plage d'environ 0,15 kDa à environ 1,0 kDa et sont capables d'amplifier ou d'améliorer la croissance des plantes.
