Abstract
Description
a)抽出物を、好適な分子量カットオフ値を有する限外濾過膜を通して循環させるステップと、
b)海藻抽出物から濾液を回収して第1の濾液画分および保持液を得るステップと、
c)保持液を水洗いして1種または複数種のさらなる濾液画分を得るステップと、
を含む方法に関する。
植物「バイオスティミュラント」とは、植物または根圏に施用された場合、天然作用を刺激して、栄養吸収、栄養効率、非生物的ストレスに対する耐性、および作物の質を向上させる/それらに益する機能をもつ物質および/または微生物を含有する有機資材であることを意味する。
a)抽出物を、好適な分子量カットオフ値を有する限外濾過膜を通して循環させるステップと、
b)抽出物から濾液を回収して第1の濾液画分および保持液を得るステップと、
c)保持液を水洗いして1種または複数種のさらなる濾液画分を得るステップと、
を含む方法に関する。
Claims (17)
- 約0.15kDa〜約1.0kDaの範囲の分子量を有する、藻類種から分離された1種または複数種の生物活性分子。
- 植物成長を改善することができる、請求項1に記載の1種または複数種の生物活性分子。
- 藻類種が褐藻類種である、請求項1または2に記載の1種または複数種の生物活性分子。
- 褐藻類が、アスコフィルム・ノドスム(Ascophyllum nodosum)、フクス・ウェシクロスス(Fucus vesiculosus)、ホンダワラ種(Sargassum sp.)、およびそれらのうち1種または複数種の組合せを含む群から選択される藻類種を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の1種または複数種の生物活性分子。
- 硫酸化多糖またはラミナリンを含まない、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の1種または複数種の生物活性分子。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の1種または複数種の分離された生物活性分子を含む組成物を、土壌、植物、または種子のうちの少なくとも1種に施用するステップを含む、植物成長を改善する方法。
- 植物成長を改善することが、種子の発芽を促進すること、根の発達を刺激すること、栄養期を延ばすこと、生産の期間を拡大させること、または収穫の期間を拡大させることのうちの少なくとも1種を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 海藻から得られた抽出物中の生物活性化合物を分離し、精製する方法であって、
a)前記抽出物を、好適な分子量カットオフ値を有する限外濾過膜を通して循環させるステップと、
b)前記抽出物の濾液を回収して第1の濾液画分および保持液を得るステップと、
c)前記保持液を水洗いして、1種または複数種のさらなる濾液画分を得るステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記第1の濾液画分および前記さらなる濾液画分の生物活性を評価して、それらの植物成長への有効性を決定するステップをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記植物成長への有効性が、種子の発芽を促進すること、根の発達を刺激すること、栄養期を延ばすこと、生産の期間を拡大させること、または収穫の期間を拡大させることのうちの少なくとも1種を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記抽出物が褐藻類種から生成される、請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記抽出物が、アスコフィルム・ノドスム、フクス・ウェシクロスス、またはホンダワラ種の藻類から得られる、請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記保持液が硫酸化多糖およびラミナリンからなる群から選択される活性分子を含み、
前記活性分子が作物における非生物的ストレスを緩和することができる、請求項8〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の濾液画分が、約0.15kDa〜約1.0kDaの範囲の分子量を有する生物活性分子を含む、請求項8〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記限外濾過膜の分子量カットオフ値が3kDa未満である、請求項8〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記限外濾過膜の分子量カットオフ値が2kDa未満である、請求項8〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記限外濾過膜の分子量カットオフ値が1kDa未満である、請求項8〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
