Abstract

Предложен способ выделения и очистки биологически активных соединений из экстрактов, полученных из морских водорослей. Способ включает стадии: (a) циркуляция экстракта через ультрафильтрационную мембрану с подходящим уровнем отсечения по молекулярной массе; (b) сбор фильтрата из экстракта для получения первой фракции фильтрата и ретентата, и (c) промывка ретентата для получения одной или более дополнительных фракций фильтрата. Затем может быть оценена биологическая активность первой фракции фильтрата и дополнительных фракций фильтрата, чтобы определить их эффективность в отношении роста растений. Также описана одна или более биологически активных молекул, выделенных из вида водорослей, причем одна или более биологически активных молекул имеют молекулярную массу в диапазоне примерно от 0,15 до 1,0 кДа и обладают возможностью усиления или улучшения роста растений.
