Abstract

Dispositif d'automatisation d'une table pliante pour tous types d'aéronef. L'invention concerne la sortie et rentrée automatique de la table en appuyant simplement sur un bouton. Pour la sortie, on appuie, le moteur (5) se met en marche l'embrayage (6) se colle, entraîne le pignon sur l'arbre de sortie (7) guidé par des pignons crémaillères (8) l'abattant, rendu indépendant du plateau, se relève, la table sort. Pour la rentrée on rabat la table (4A) sur la (4B) (pour système de sécurité), on appuie sur le bouton, la table rentre dans son logement, l'abattant se referme. En cas de panne du système d'automatisation, la table peut être sortie manuellement.L'utilisation de cette table peut être large, mais elle est principalement étudiée pour l'aéronautique (normes de sécurité). Cette table pouvant être installée dans un caisson prêt d'un siège, l'application peut concerner, aussi bien un bateau, un train, ou tout aménagement VIP, classe affaire.

Description

La présente invention concerne une table pliante, se montant, notamment, dans tous types d'aéronef, totalement automatisée dans la sortie et la rentrée son logement de stockage. Cette table est a la fois automatique et manuelle pour sécuriser l'ensemble.
Actuellement les tables pliantes sont exclusivement a mouvement manuel. La sortie ou rentrée d'une table pliante d'un avion nécessite l'intervention d'une personne pour manoeuvrer l'abattant qui a une forme spécifique pour tenir plateau de table. Une personne doit donc se lever pour relever, éventuellement déverrouiller l'abattant, et tirer ou rentrer la table.
Notre dispositif permet à une personne, tout en restant assise de sortir rentrer la table. L'abattant n'intervenant plus dans le maintien du plateau en position sorti, grâce a un jeu de double biellettes, la mobilité de l'abattant (3) est rendue totalement automatique. En appuyant en continu ou par une simple impulsion sur un bouton (1) (électrique, digital ou autre... ), on commande moteur (5) en 28 volt -continu, l'embrayage (6) se colle et entraîne le pignon sur l'arbre de sortie (7) qui est guidé aux extrémités par des pignons crémaillères (8), l'abattant s'ouvre ou se ferme, la table rentre ou sort automatiquement. La forme des deux flancs (2), ayant des rainures avec des angles évolutifs, permet une cinématique idéale, déplaçant le plateau de table ( 4A + 4B), la position quasiment verticale à la position horizontale L'ensemble de cette table a été sécurisé, et répond aux normes aéronautiques.
Dans le cas d'une panne électrique, l'embrayage n'étant pas actionné, la tablette peut être rentrée ou sortie manuellement. Lorsque la table est en position dépliée un 1. L. S bloque le système électrique. La table ne peut jamais être repliée par inadvertance . Le plateau extérieur (4A) doit être rabattu sur le plateau intérieur (4B) pour pouvoir actionner la rentrée automatique de la table.
Les applications industrielles sont larges même si cette table a été principalement étudiée pour l'aéronautique. Dans le cadre de l'amélioration du confort des aménagements VIP cette table peut être installée dans tout caisson prêt d'un siège. Répondant aux normes de sécurité aéronautique elle peut s'adapter aux aménagements VIP ou classe affairé autre, tels que nautique, bus, train....

Claims (1)

  1. REVENDICATIONS -1) Table pliante automatisée notamment pour l'Aéronautique caractérisée en ce que son mécanisme en sortie et rentrée de son caisson de stockage, comporte un moteur (5), un embrayage (6) qui se colle et entraîne les pignons l'arbre de sortie (7). -2) Table selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que le moteur(5) est commandé par un bouton (1) du type électrique ou digital. -3) Table selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que l'arbre est guidé par pignons crémaillères. -4)Table selon la revendication,1 caractérisée par l'abattant n'intervenant plus dans le maintien du plateau en position sortie, grâce a un jeu de double biellettes, la mobilité de l'abattant (3) est rendue totalement automatique. -5) Table selon la revendication 1 caractérisée par la forme des deux flancs (2), ayant des rainures avec des angles évolutifs, déplaçant le plateau de table ( 4A + 4B), de la position quasiment verticale à la position horizontale. -6)Table selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un moyen de type ILS pour bloquer la cinématique électriquement lorsque la table est dépliée.
