Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de fabrication de fromage de soja. Elle se rapporte à un appareil qui comporte un réservoir 1 de poudre de soja, relié par un distributeur-doseur 7 à une cuve 2 génératrice de lait de soja. Une électrovanne 23 transmet le lait de soja à une chaudière 22. Le lait de soja qui a bouilli est aspiré par un dispositif 31 dans un récipient de réglage 32, par l'intermédiaire d'une cage de pressage 60, et est déversé dans un réservoir 50 de fabrication de fromage de soja. Application à la formation industrielle du fromage de soja.
