Abstract

Tube multiplicateur d'électrons, comprenant le long d'un axe principal une surface émettrice d'électrons 37, plusieurs étages 34 de dynodes à structure distribuée, capables d'émission secondaire électronique réflexe, et une surface réceptrice d'électrons 33, ainsi que des moyens produisant un champ électrique accélérateur d'électrons orienté généralement le long de l'axe principal, de la surface émettrice d'électrons à la surface réceptrice d'électrons. Il lui est associé un moyen 39 produisant un champ magnétique orienté généralement selon l'axe principal du tube. Application notamment comme photomultiplicateur à haute résolution spatiale.
