Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour la fabrication de skis en matière plastique, en particulier pour enfants. Dans un moule, successivement, on met en place une matière plastique, à l'état liquide constituant le matériau de la semelle, et, selon une technique connue, un renfort en fibre, puis on coule la matière plastique expansible entre un revêtement supérieur et le matériau liquide de la semelle garni du renfort de fibres, puis on durcit ce matériau liquide et celui de la matière plastique expansible en une seule operation. Application à une réduction du travail nécessaire et à une amélioration de la facilité lors de la réalisation des skis en matière plastique.
