Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de potées surgelées. Procédé caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise des légumes seulement blanchis et d'autres constituants plus ou moins précuits tels que pommes de terre, pois, lentilles ou autres légumineuses, riz, nouilles, auxquels on a incorporé, en outre, des épaississants secs contenant des améliorateurs de goût et d'arôme, en ajoutant aux légumes surgelés un granule spécialement prépare, de sorte que l'on peut éviter dans la plus large mesure une démixtion des différents constituants et qu'il est possible de doser des portions individuelles de ce mélange.
