Abstract

L'invention est relative à un appareil pour fabriquer un fil à l'aide de deux tambours d'aspiration étroitement rapprochés qui tournent dans le même sens. Selon l'invention l'appareil comporte en outre au moins un système d'étirage 6 à cylindres dont la sortie 7 se trouve au-dessus de la région de coin et par l'intermédiaire duquel des fibres enveloppantes peuvent être amenées, à la meche de fibres 8 qui court dans la direction longitudinale des tambours, sous la forme d'au moins un assemblage 9 de fibres étiré, transversalement à la direction longitudinale des tambours. L'appareil tout en assurant une qualité uniforme du fil fabriqué, permet d'opérer à plus grande vitesse.
