Abstract

Machine destinée à réunir des fils, notamment des filaments minces. Elle comprend des supports 9 qui portent les bobines 10 débitant les filaments 11 et qui sont montés sur une plate-forme circulaire rotative 1 de matière à rester constamment verticaux. Pour imposer à ces filaments de tension constante pendant leur déroulement, jusqu'au point de réunion, les bobines 10 sont équipées de freins dont le couple de freinage décroît progressivement avec la diminution du rayon de déroulement ; et pour limiter les sollicitations de flexion imposées aux filaments tout en maintenant leur torsion constamment nulle, on prévoit des guides flexibles 22 dont la courbure est fixée par des entonnoirs d'entrée 20. Application notamment à la réunion de filaments minces tels que les fils métalliques, fibres de verre, etc.
