Abstract

Le véhicule 110 comporte un bloc moteur 115 monté transversalement à l'avant. Ce bloc moteur comprend un moteur à combustion interne 116, une transmission 118 et un différentiel 124. Ce dernier est incliné de telle sorte que l'angle d'inclinaison verticale alpha '1 d'un premier arbre de transmission 144 par rapport à l'axe d'une première roue motrice 126 est sensiblement égal à l'angle d'inclinaison verticale alpha 1 de l'autre arbre de transmission 146 par rapport à l'axe de l'autre roue motrice 128, ce qui améliore la maniabilité du véhicule. Applications notamment aux véhicules automobiles à roues avant motrices avec moteur à l'avant et aux véhicules à roues arrière motrices avec moteur à mi-longueur ou à l'arrière du véhicule.
