Abstract

L'amortisseur 32 comporte deux patins de guidage 52, 54 portés dans une disposition fixe sur le bloc moteur 12 et s'étendant en un contact ligne contre ligne ne produisant aucune déviation avec les côtés intérieurs des parties non soutenues 28, 30 de la chaîne située entre les roues dentées menante et menée 18, 20 solidaires respectivement du vilebrequin 14 et de l'arbre à cames 16. Les patins de guidage empêchent le mouvement des brins de la chaîne vers l'intérieur par rapport à leur position tendue et empêchent ou amortissent ainsi les oscillations ou vibrations de la chaîne. Application aux moteurs à combustion interne.
