Abstract

Procédé de préparation d'un hydrozyéthylamidon approprié à l'utilisation comme diluant du plasma sanguin par hydroxyéthylation alcaline de l'amidon et neutralisation subséquente du mélange de réaction. On extrait l'hydorxyéthylamidon du mélange de réaction à l'aide d'un solvant tel que le diméthylformamide dans lequel les sels formés à la neutralisation sont peu solubles ou totalement insolubles. L'hydroxyéthylamidon selon l'invention est suffisamment pur pour les applications médicales, notamment comme succédané ou diluant du plasma sanguin.
