Abstract

Procédé et dispositif pour régler la position d'une tête d'enregistrement ou de lecture qui parcourt des pistes disposées les unes à côté des autres sur un porte-enregistrement, par rapport à au moins une piste voisine, ces pistes contenant outre de l'information'des signaux de localisation de piste, les signaux de localisation de piste dans n pistes consécutives accusant n fréquences différentes où n est plus grand ou égal à 4, et la différence des fréquences des signaux de localisation de piste de chaque paire de pistes adjacentes l'une de l'autre avec la fréquence du troisième signal qui peut être différente d'une piste à l'autre donnant toujours des quatrièmes signaux présentant la même paire de fréquences plus basses, un signal de réglage étant formé au départ de ces quatrièmes signaux. Application aux organes de réglage des têtes d'enregistrement ou de lecture.
