Abstract

L'invention concerne les composés de formule aryl-CH(CH3 )-CCOMgX ou un de leur éthérates où le groupe aryle est le groupe 6-méthoxy-2-aryle, 4'-fluoro-4-biphenyle ou 4-alkylphénye et X est du chlore ou du brome. Ces composés peuvent être préparés par réaction de l'halogénure d'arylmagnésium correspondant avec CH3 CH(Br) COOMgX où X est du chlore ou du brome dans un solvant organique comme l'éther. Les produits obtenus sont intéressants pour obtenir des acides 2-aryl-propioniques correspondants qui sont des agents anti-inflammatoires connus.
