Abstract

L'invention concerne la fabrication d'acides 2-arylpropioniques. Le procédé consiste : << a. à mettre en contact une solution d'un bromure d'aryl-magnésium avec une solution d'un complexe CH3 CH(Br)COO MgX, où X est un groupe chloro ou bromo, dans un milieu solvant organique aprotique comprenant un éther, et b. à diluer au moyen d'un acide le mélange réactionnel provenant de a. Application à la fabrication des acides où le groupe aryle est choisi parmi les groupes 6-méthoxy-2-naphtyle, 4-alkylphényle ou 4'-fluoro-4-biphényle.
