Abstract
Produit alimentaire et constituants de produits alimentaires. Ce produit consiste en cossettes de betteraves à sucre nettoyées, pratiquement entièrement débarrassées du sucre par extraction et séchées. Le produit alimentaire selon l'invention peut remplacer des constituants caloriques de nombreux types de produits alimentaires.
