Abstract

Graisses de cuisson. L'invention se rapporte en particulier à des morceaux de graisse de cuisson non revêtus, aptes à être conditionnés séparément dans un même emballage et présentant une composition de graisse ayant un point de fusion de glissement d'au moins 32 degrés C et une dilatation à 20 degrés C d'au moins 600, les morceaux de graisse étant sphériques ou cylindriques avec un diamètre de 10 à 60 mm et une longueur pour les morceaux cylindriques de 20 à 150 mm. Application aux graisses utilisables en pâtisserie ou en boulangerie.
