Abstract

Procédé fournissant une meilleure adhérence de la couche déposée sur la pièce. Il comprend : a. L'activation de la pièce dans une solution d'activation aqueuse constituée de 10 à 20 grammes par litre environ de bifluorure d'ammonium et de 0,75 à 2 grammes par litre environ d'acide sulfurique, cette solution étant vieillie par immersion de Zirconium décapé dans la solution pendant environ 10 minutes; b. L'élimination de tout film adhérant faiblement formé sur la pièce dans l'étape d'activation ; et c. La mise en contact de la pièce avec une solution électrolytique de galvanoplastie renfermant le métal à déposer sur la piece en présence d'une électrode recevant du courant. Application au revêtement des gaines d'éléments de combustible nucléaire.
