Abstract

Utilisation de certains dérivés organiques du pérylène dans la préparation de systèmes conducteurs de l'électricité et de semi-conducteurs. Ces dérivés répondent à l'une des formules ci-après, dans lesquelles R représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle ou oxa-alkyle en C1-C10, un groupe cycloalkyle, akylaryle, aryle, ou aryle portant de 1 à 3 substituants alcoxy, halogéno, nitro ou amino, ou un groupe hydroxyalkyle -CH2 -(CH2 ) n -OH dans lequel n est un nombre entier de 1 à 10 et qui contient, le cas échéant, des groupes oxa, et R1 représente l'un des restes divalents :
