Abstract

Dérivés de la butynylamine représentés par la formule générale (I) suivante et leurs sels pharmacologiquement acceptables, dans laquelle R1 et R2 sont des groupes cycloalkyle, phényle ou 2-thiényle identiques ou différents; R3 et R4 sont un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle identiques ou différents ou forment ensemble un groupe cycloalkyle conjointement avec l'atome de carbone adjecent;R5 et R6 sont un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle identiques ou différents, ou forment ensemble un groupe amino cyclique conjointement avec l'atome d'azote adjacent, et A désigne O ou NR (où R est un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle), à l'exclusion du cas où R3 et R4 sont tous deux des atomes d'hydrogène, A est O et, au moins l'un ou l'outre des symboles R1 et R2 est un groupe phényle.
