Abstract

Procédés de préparation du 2,6-di-t-butylphénol. On alcoyle du phénol en présence du mono-butylphénol et d'un catalyseur tel que l'aluminium dissous dans le phénol, en abaissant progressivement la température de 120 à 50 degrés C et en réduisant la concentration en isobutylène du mélange de butènes isomères de 80 à 1,5 % en moles. Application à l'obtention de stabilisateurs des matériaux polymères.
