a) Procédé pour l'obtention de L-cystine pure à partir de ses mélanges avec d'autre acides aminés, par cristallisation fractionnée en présence d'acides et d'eau. b) Procédé caractérisé en ce que la cristallisation s'opère en milieu alcoolique. c) Procédé applicable à une fabrication économique à partir de mélanges d'acides aminés provenant de produits naturels.
