Claims (6)
- D,L-α-(3-피리딘카복시)-페닐아세트산의 염산염을 시스-3,3,5-트리메틸사이클로 헥산올과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 시스-3,3,5-트리메틸사이클로헥실-D,L-α-(3-피리딘카복시)-페닐아세테이트(I)을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 디메틸렌클로라이드 중의 클로로메틸렌 디메틸암모늄클로라이드로 구성된 매질중에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 반응을 20°내지 30℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 두 시약을 1:1.1내지 1:1.2의 몰비로 반응시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생성물(I)을 아세톤중의 P톨루엔 설폰산으로 침전시킨 다음 물 및 수-불혼화성 유기 용매로 구성된 매질중에서 탄산 나트륨으로 처리함으로써 정제시키는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 수-불혼화성 유기용매가 메틸렌 클로라이드인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
