제1도는 출발 헤파린(D-212)과 해중합되고 고황산화된 헤파린(AH-16)을 염산에서 전기영동시킨 그래프이고,

제3도는 D-212와 AH-16의 13C-NMR 스펙트럼이고,
제4도는 D-212/B와 AH-18의 초산바륨 전기영동그래프이고,
제5도는 D-212와 AH-19의 초산바륨 전기영동 그래프이고,
제6도는 D-212/A와 AH-17의 초산바륨 전기영동의 그래프.

Claims (9)

  1. 다당류와 황산 및 클로로술폰산의 혼합물을 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 다당류의 해중합 및 황산염화를 위한 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 -20∼40℃의 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항과 2항의 어느 한항에 따라, 두가지 산의 농도가 95무게% 이상임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1∼3항중 어느 한항에 따라, 황산 : 클로로술폰산의 비가 약 4 : 1∼1 : 1임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1∼4항중 어느 한항에 따라, 황산 : 클로로술폰산의 비가 약 2 : 1임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1∼5항중 어느 한항에 따라, 해중합되고 황산염화된 다당류를 나트륨염으로서 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1∼5항중 어느 한항에 따라, 해중합되고 황산염화된 다당류를 그 염들중 어느 하나의 형태로 전확시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 나트륨염이 적당한 염과의 교확 반응을 통해 해중합되고 황산염화된 다당류의 또다른 염으로 전환함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1∼8항중 어느 한항에 따라, 출발물질인 다당류를 미리 해중합시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
