Abstract

Procédé et dispositif pour le séchage-broyage de minéraux dans une installation de broyage comportant un broyeur à meules ou analogues. La matière à traiter est séchée et concassée jusqu'à obtention d'un tranche granulométrique bien déterminée, puis est amenée au plateau de broyage d'un broyeur tournant à une vitesse périphérique élevée et est ensuite envoyée, sous l'influence de la force centrifuge, de manière continue, par l'intermédiaire d'une voie de transport située à l'extérieur du broyeur, dans un classificateur associé en circuit fermé au broyeur et monté, du point de vue de l'alimentation en air, en série avec l'équipement de séchage-concassage. L'invention est applicable en particulier à des matières en vrac telles que matieres brutes pour ciment.
