Abstract

Le procédé selon l'invention consiste à extruder une gaine mince de matière plastique autour du fil. Il faut utiliser une matière plastique susceptible d'être mise en forme par extrusion aptes avoir été chauffée dans une extrudeuse à vis, et présentant après refroidissement et sans nécessiter de traitements ultérieurs, les caractéristiques technologiques exigées pour les isolations du genre émail. Une matière d'extrusion qui contient au moins un polycondensat thermoplastique partiellement cristallin dont le point de fusion des cristallites est supérieur à 170 degrés C remplit ces conditions.
