Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture efficiently a high quality insulated core wire without eccentricity by vibrating an insulator or a conductor in the insulator sheathing process to control to hold the conductor at the center of the insulator. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 1 runs in the direction of x. The molten insulator 2a which is made of insulating raw material 3 by kneading and melting with an extruder screw 4 is fed to a main path for the insulator formed between a die 6 and a nipple 51. Molten insulators 2a are formed to a sheath by the die 6 and an insulated wire with the sheath of the insulator 2 is extruded from the die 6. A controller 9 is operated by detection of eccentricity of the insulated core wire to control control valves 8a-8d respectively. By this means, ejecting pressure from nozzles 7a-7d are adjusted to control a center position of the conductor 1 in the insulator 2.
