Claims (11)

1. Förfarande för framställning av ett polymer/me-tall/polymer-laminat genom samtidig laminering, k ä n n e-5 tecknat därav, att man pä den ena av de Stora ytorna av en metallplät laminerar en sammansatt polyesterfilm (A), vilken omfattar ett inre skikt (AI) av en väsentligen icke-kristallin, lineär polyester med en mjukningspunkt under 150 °C och en smältpunkt över 150 °C men under 240 °C, och 10 ett yttre skikt (A2) av en lineär polyester med en smältpunkt över 220 °C, och samtidigt pä den andra Stora ytan av metallpläten laminerar en polyolefinhaltig film (B), vilken omfattar ett bindeharts i form av ett med en syra modifie-rat polyolefinharts, vilket innehäller karboxyl- eller an-15 hydridgrupper, varvid metallpläten uppvärmts tili en tem-peratur Tlf vilken är tillräcklig att förorsaka mjukning av polymerfilmerna och intim kontakt mellan filmerna och metallpläten, och temperaturen Tx ligger under den tempera-tur, vid vilken yttre ytan av den polyolefinhaltiga filmen 20 skadas under laminering, och att man sedan äteruppvärmer det resulterande laminatet tili en temperatur T2, vilken är tillräcklig att förorsaka att vardera polymerfilmen (AI) och (Bl) samverkar med och binder sig vid respektive yta av . metallpläten. 25
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, k ä n n e - tecknat därav, att temperaturen Tj är frän 120 tili 240 °C, och/eller att laminatet äteruppvärms genom induk-tionsuppvärmningsmedel, och/eller att laminatet äterupp-värms genom infraröd strälning avgivande uppvärmningsmedel, 30 och/eller att temperaturen T2 är frän 230 tili 270 °C, och/eller att laminatet uppvärms tili en temperatur i omrä-det 230 - 270 °C och sedan hälls ätminstone en sekund över 200 °C innan det avkyls, och/eller att laminatet uppvärms tili en temperatur av 250 °C och sedan hälls 2 sekunder 35 över 240 °C före avkylningen och/eller att laminatet avkyls 96398 37 snabbt och enhetligt, företrädesvis genom nedsänkning i eft tank med vatten eller genom linjeavkylning med vatten.
3. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patent-kraven, kännetecknat därav, att polyestern i 5 det inre skiktet (AI) är en sampolymer av etylentereftaiat och etylenisoftaiat, eller en sampolymer, vilken bildats av tereftalsyra och tvä alkoholer, typenligt etylenglykol och cyklohexandimetanol, varvid molförhällandet etylenteref taiat tili etylenisoftaiat företrädesvis är 80:20. 10

Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patent- kraven, kännetecknat därav, att det yttre skiktet (A2) är en biaxiellt orienterad polyester, och/el-ler att det yttre skiktet (A2) är polyetylentereftaiat, företrädesvis biaxiellt orienterat polyetylentereftaiat, 15 och/eller att polyestern i det yttre skiktet (A2) har en kristallinitet som överstiger 30 %, företrädesvis frän 40 tili 50 %.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patent-kraven, kännetecknat därav, att den polyole- 20 finhaltiga filmen (B) är ett enkelt skikt av, eller är en sammansatt film som omfattar ett inre skikt (Bl) av ett bindeharts, vilket valts bland med maleinsyraanhydrid modi-fierat propylen, med maleinsyraanhydrid modifierat polyety-. Ien, med maleinsyraanhydrid modifierad etylenpropylen-sam- 25 polymer, och med maleinsyraanhydrid modifierad etylen-vi-nylacetat-sampolymer, varvid maleinsyrainnehället i polyme-ren företrädesvis uppgär tili 0,05 - 0,5 %, eller ännu hellre 0,1 - 0,25 %, eller alternativt är den polyolefin-haltiga filmen (B) ett enkelt skikt av, eller en sammansatt 30 film som omfattar ett inre skikt (Bl) av ett bindeharts, vilket valts bland en etylen-akrylsyra-sampolymer och en etylen-metakrylsyra-sampolymer, vilken företrädesvis inne-häller 5-15 vikt-% syra.

Polymer/metall/polymer-laminat som omfattar en metallplät, vilken har en polymerfilm som häftar vid de bägge Stora ytorna av pläten, kännetecknat därav, att polymerfilmerna limmats vid metallpläten genom samtidig värmelaminering, att polymerfilmen, vilken häftar 20 vid den ena Stora ytan av metallpläten, bestär av en sammansatt polyesteriilm (A), vilken omfattar ett inre skikt (AI) av en väsentligen icke-kristallin, lineär polyester med en mjukningspunkt under 150 °C och en smältpunkt över 150 °C men under 240 °C, och ett yttre skikt (A2) av en 25 lineär polyester med en smältpunkt över 220 °C, och att polymerfilmen, vilken limmats vid den yttre Stora ytan av metallpläten, bestär av en polyolefinhaltig film (B), vilken omfattar ett bindeharts i form av ett med en syra modifierat polyolefinharts, vilket innehäller karboxyl eller ^ 30 anhydridgrupper.
8. Laminat enligt patentkrav 7, kännetecknat därav, att polyestern i det inre skiktet (AI) är en sampolymer av etylentereftalat och etylen isof-talat, eller en sampolymer som bildats av tereftalsyra och 35 tvä alkoholer, typenligt etylenglykol och cyklohexan dime- 39 963 98 tanol, varvid molförhällandet etylentereftaiat till etylen-isoftalat företrädesvis är 80:20, och/eller att det yttre skiktet (A2) är en biaxiellt orienterad polyester, och/eller att det yttre skiktet (A2) är polyetylentereftaiat, 5 företrädesvis biaxiellt orienterat polyetylentereftaiat, och/eller polyestern i det yttreskiktet (A2) har en kris-tallinitet Over 30 %, företrädesvis frän 40 % till 50 %.
9. Laminat enligt nägot av patentkraven 7 och 8, kännetecknat därav, att den polyolefinhaltiga 10 filmen (B) är ett enkelt skikt av, eller är en sammansatt film som omfattar ett inre skikt av ett bindeharts, vilket valts bland med maleinsyraanhydrid modifierat propylen, med maleinsyraanhydrid modifierad etylen-propylen-sampolymer, med maleinsyraanhydrid modifierat polyetylen och med ma-15 leinsyraanhydrid modifierad etylen-vinylacetat-sampolymer, varvid maleinsyraanhydridinnehället i polymeren företrädesvis är frän 0,05 tili 0,5 %, allra heist 0,1 - 0,25 %, eller alternativt är den polyolefinhaltiga filmen (B) ett enkelt skikt av, eller är en sammansatt film som omfattar ett 20 inre skikt (Bl) av ett bindeharts, vilket valts bland en etylen-akrylsyra-sampolymer och en etylen-metakrylsyrasam-polymer, vilka företrädesvis innehäller 5-15 vikt-% syra.
10. Laminat enligt nägot av patentkraven 7-9, . kännetecknat därav, att den polyolefinhaltiga 25 filmen (B) är en sammansatt film som omfattar ett inre skikt (Bl) av ett bindeharts och ett yttre skikt (B2) av polyolefin eller polyamid och häftande vid det inre skiktet (Bl), och att den polyolefinhaltiga filmen företrädesvis omfattar ett ytterligare polyolefin- eller polyamidskikt 30 (B4), vilket häftar vid skiktet (B2) genom ett mellanlig- gande skikt (B3) av i patentkrav 7 eller 9 definierad bindeharts, varvid bindehartset är med maleinsyraanhydrid modifierat propylen, med maleinsyraanhydrid modifierat polyetylen, med maleinsyraanhydrid modifierad etylenpropylen-35 sampolymer, och/eller att metallpläten bestär av elektro- 40 96398 lytiskt förkromat stäl med ett dubbelskikt av krommetall och kromoxid.
11. Användning av laminatet enligt nägot av patent-kraven 7-10 för framställning av behällare eller behäl-5 larkomponenter.
