Claims (9)
1. Ett bränsleinsprutningsrör (1) för förbränningsmotorer, i vilket insprutningsrör ätminstone den ena ändan är försedd 5 med en uppstukad pressnippel (3) och dess tätningskon (4), vars tätningsyta (5) är som en av en plastik bearbetning ästadkommen tätning mot inotstyckets (7) motsvarande konvin-kel (a) innehavande könytä (6), som är av ett härdare material än nippelns tätningsyta (5), och vilket rörs utvidgade 10 ändas bakät förblivande yta (8), som är tillämpad att bilda en anslagsyta för nippelns tillspänningsmutters (10) ihäli-ga, konformiga yta (9), är formad tili en sfärisk rotations-segment, som ansluter sig tili bränslerörets yttre yta genom förmedling av en avrundad andel, kännetecknat 15 av, att insprutningsröret är bildat av kallbearbetat stäl-rör, pressnippeln (3) är bearbetad i det här kallbearbetade härdstälsröret och mjukglödgad induktivt för den andel (13), som nippelns konformiga tätningsyta (4) träffar motstyckets (7) inre könytä (6). 20

4. Ett insprutningsrör enligt nägot av de ovanstäende pa-tentkraven, kännetecknat av, att insprutningsröret (1) är bildat av kolfattigt, olegerat, kallbearbetat härdstälsrör. 35
5. Ett insprutningsrör enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat av, att insprutningsröret är bildat 94896 12 av högkoligt, kallbearbetat härdstälsrör.
6. Ett insprutningsrör enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat av, att insprutningsröret (1) är 5 bildat av legerat, kallbearbetat härdstälsrör.
7. En metod för tillverkning av ett insprutningsrör enligt nägot föregäende patentkrav, kännetecknad av, att som utgängsmaterial för insprutningsröret (1) används 10 kallbearbetat härdstälsrör, att först bildas en pressnippel (3) genom uppstukning pä detta kallbearbetade härdstälsrör, och att därefter glödgas pressnippeln med en lokalt begrän-sad induktivuppvärmning tili uppmjukning pä stället av den andel (13), som befinner sig pä beröringsytan av dess tät-15 ningskonyta (4) invid stället för motstyckets (7) inre könytä (6).
8. En metod enligt patentkrav 7, kännetecknad av, att materialzonen mjukglödgas i form av en rekristal- 20 lisationsglödgning i en temperatur pä cirka 700"C.
9. En metod enligt patentkrav 7 eller 8, kännetecknad av, att insprutningsrörets (1) pressnippel (3) bildas genom uppstukning i ett tillslutet pressverktyg. : : aN'i illil | «4 · .
