Claims (2)

1. Förfarande för framställning av ett ytaktivt ämne för lungor.som bestar av en polär llpidfraktion som i huvudsak bestAr av fosfolipider, 5 varvid nämnda fosfolipidfraktion bestar av minst 70-75 vikt% fosfati-dylkolin, som i sin tur bestar av minst 40-45 vikt% dipalmitoyldifos-fatidylkolin, samt en proteinfraktion, som enbart bestAr av proteiner vars molekylvikt är lag, 3-14 K (K - kilodalton), varvid den polära lipidfraktionen är närvarande i en mängd pA minst 98,5 vikt%, under det 10 att den i sin tur i huvudsak, i en mängd pa minst 95 %, bestär av en blandning av fosfolipider, kännetecknat därav, att a) det ytaktiva ämnet separeras i sin helhet fran finpulveriserade och med saltlösning tvättade djurlungor med hjälp av successiva filtre- 15 rings-, centrifugerings- och extraktionsAtgärder genom utnyttjande av organiskt lösningsmedel; b) den rAa lipidfraktionen atervinns genom avdunstning av lösningsmed-let; 20 c) den polära lipidkomponenten separeras till slut frAn den apolära komponenten gelkromatografiskt med en kolonn som fyllts med den omvända fasen LIPIDEX -5000R (ett dextranderivat tvärbundet med epiklorhydrin) och en organisk lösningsmedelsblandning. :· 25
