Claims (8)
1. Förfarande för rening av 2-(4-isobutylfenyl)-propionsyra frän blandningar som erhälls vid framställning 5 av 2-(4-isobutylfenyl)propionsyra, känneteck- n a t därav, att blandningen vakuumrektificeras, varvid kolvtemperaturen vid användning av en rektificeringsanord-ning som är försedd med en destillationspanna är under ca 250 °C och vid användning av en rektificeringsanordning 10 som är försedd med en tunnskiktsevaporator eller en fall-filmevaporator är under ca 280 °C.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att rektificeringen utförs med ko-lonner försedda med vävnadsfyllningar eller kolonner med 15 en jämförbar liten tryckförlust.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav l eller 2, k ä n -netecknat därav, att rektificeringen utförs genom att använda en rektificeringsanordning som är försedd med en destillationspanna vid en kolvtemperatur under ca 250 20 °C.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, k ä n -netecknat därav, att rektificeringen utförs genom att använda en rektificeringsanordning som är försedd med en tunnskiktsevaporator eller en fallfilmsevaporator vid 25 en kolvtemperatur under ca 280 °C.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat därav, att antalet teoretiska bottnar i rektificeringskolonnen är ca 10 - 150.
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, 30 kännetecknat därav, att rektificeringen utförs i närvaro av en inert gas.
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-6, kännetecknat därav, att 2-(4-isobutylfenyl)-propionsyra isoleras frän en blandning som erhälls genom 35 karbonylering av 1-(4-isobutylfenyl)etanol med kolmonoxid 14 90 656 i närvaro av trifenylfosfin och eventuellt en övergängs-metallhalogenid.
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-7, kännetecknat därav att vid rektificeringen 5 används en blandning som dessförinnan frigjorts frän en del av föroreningarna med hjälp av minst en smältkris-tallisation. 10
