Claims (12)
- 2-(4-이소부틸페닐)프로피온산의 제조시에 수득한 혼합물을 진공 정류시킴을 특징으로 하여, 혼합물로부터 2-(4-이소부틸페닐)프로피온산을 정제하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금망 충진물을 함유한 칼럼 또는 이와 동등하게 압력 강하가 작은 칼럼에 의해 정류를 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 증류기 정류 장치를 사용하여 약 250℃ 이하의 하단부 온도에서 정류를 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 박층 증발기 또는 장하막 증발기가 장치된 정류 장치를 사용하여 약 280℃ 이하의 하단부 온도에서 정류를 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분리 칼럼내의 이론 단수가 약 10 내지 150인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불활성 기체의 존재하에서 정류를 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 칼럼을 사용하여 정류를 불연속적으로 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 칼럼을 사용하여 정류를 연속적으로 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 트리페닐포스핀 및, 경우에 따라, 전이 금속 할라이드의 존재하에서 1-(4-이소부틸페닐)에탄올을 일산화탄소에 의해 카보닐화시켜 수득한 혼합물로부터 2-(4-이소부틸페닐)프로피온산을 분리시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2-(4-이소부틸페닐)프로피온산을 정류시켜 모든 불순물을 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1회 이상의 용융 결정화에 의해 불순물의 일부가 미리 제거된 혼합물을 정류용으로 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불순물의 일부만을 정류에 의해 분리시키고, 잔여 불순물을 분리시키기 위해 용매로부터의 결정화 및/또는 용융 결정화를 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
