Claims (15)
1. Fuktvattenkomposition innehällande vatten, ytak-tivt ämne och en hydrotrop, kännetecknad där-av, att hydrotropen är ett sait av en härd syra och en 5 mjuk bas eller en mjuk syra och en härd bas och hydrotropen har valts bland följande: natriumtoluensulfonat, natri-umxylensulfonat, natriumkumensulfonat, ammoniumxylensulfo-nat, tetrabutylammoniumvätesulfat, tetrafenylfosfoniumbro-mid, tetrabutylammoniumbromid, cetyltrimetylammoniumbro- 10 mid, natriumtiocyanat och blandningar av dessa, och den är närvarande i en mängd som är tillräcklig för att förhöja det ytaktlva ämnets löslighet i fuktvattenkompositionen.
2. Komposition enligt patentkrav, 1 kännetecknad därv, att förhällandet hydrotrop:ytaktivt 15 ämne ligger inom intervallet 1:1 - 10:1 viktmässigt, för-delaktigt 4:1 - 6:1 viktmäsigt.
3. Komposition enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknad därv, att addition av hydrotropen min-skar den dynamiska ytspänningen mätt med en ytälder pä 200 20 millisekunder hos den erhällna fuktvattnet, med ätminstone 5 mN/m (5 dyn/cm) dynamisk ytspänning tili mindre än 40 mN/m (40 dyn/cm) och fördelaktigt med med minst 10 mN/m (10 dyn/cm) tili 28 - 35 mN/m (28 - 35 dyn/cm) dynamisk ytspänning.
4. Komposition enligt nägot av de föregäende pa- tentkraven kännetecknad därv, att hydrotropen ej förhöjer HLB-värdet hos fuktvattnet.
5. Komposition enligt nägot av de föregäende pa-tentkraven kännetecknad därav, att hydrotrop- 30 en är en elektrolyt innehällande en oorganisk och en orga-nisk jon.
6. Komposition enligt nägot av de föregäende pa-tentkraven kännetecknad därav, att det ytak-tiva ämnet väljs bland blockpolymerer, alkylfosfat, etoxy- 35 lerade alkoholer, fettsyror, aminer, amider, fettestrar. ie 8 6 9 C'! alkanolamider, glykolestrar, sorbltanfettsyraestrar, etox-ylerade alkylfenoler, etoxylerade acetylenglykoler och blandningar av dessa.
7. Komposition enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, 5 kännetecknad därav, att det ytaktiva ämnet är ett nonjoniskt ytaktivt ämne som väljs bland blockpolyme-rer, etoxylerade acetyleniska karbinoler, 3,5-dimetyl-l-hexyn-3-ol och 2,4,7,9-tetrametyl-5-dekyn-4,7-diol.
8. Komposition enligt nägot av de föregäende pa- 10 tentkraven kännetecknad därav, att den dess- utom innehäller ett alkoholersättande medel som företrä-desvis valts bland n-hexoxietanol, etylenglykol, 2-etyl-1,3-hexandiol och blandningar av dessa.
9. Komposition enligt nägot av de föregäende pa- 15 tentkraven kännetecknad därav, att den dess- utom innehäller mindre än 5 % alkohol.
10. Komposition enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven kännetecknad därav, att den innehäller ett eller flera tillsatsämnen vilka är valda bland 20 skyddande kolloider (företrädesvis gununi arabicum eller cellulosagummi), en syra och en biocid.
11. Användning av en hydrotrop i ett vattenhaltigt fuktvatten innehällande ytaktivt ämne, för sänkning av den dynamiska ytspänningen, kännetecknad därav, 25 att tili fuktvattnet tillsättes en hydrotrop i en mängd som är effektiv nog att förhöja lösligheten hos det ytaktiva ämnet, och hydrotropen är ett sait av en härd syra och en mjuk bas eller en mjuk syra och en härd bas och hydrotropen har valts bland följande: natriumtoluensulfo-30 nat, natriumxylensulfonat, natriumkumensulfonat, ammonium-xylensulfonat, tetrabutylammoniumvätesulfat, tetrafenyl-fosfoniumbromid, tetrabutylammoniumbromid, cetyltrimetyl-ammoniumbromid, natriumtiocyanat och blandningar av dessa.
12. Användning av en hydrotrop enligt patentkrav 11 35 kännetecknad därav, att det erhällna fuktvatt- 19 88901 net utgörs av en komposition enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 - 10.
13. Offsetlitografiskt tryckförfarande varvid an-vändes planografiska plattor, vilka under processens gäng 5 behandlas med fuktvatten, kännetecknat därav, att fuktvattnet utgörs av ett fuktvatten enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 - 10.
