Claims (10)
1. Förfarande för framställning av terapeutiskt aktiva azepinonderivat med formeln I och fysiologiskt 5 godtagbara salter därav, γΤΊ ‘
10 H-C-8-H C°3R4 H co2r3 väri n = 0 eller 1, R3 och R4 är lika eller olika och be-15 tecknar väte eller (C^^)-alkyl och X är (Cj-C6)-alkyl, (C5-C6)-cykloalkyl och fenyl, kännetecknat därav, att en förening med formeln (*) "
20 V-CH- [CH2]n-C-X (II) C02R4 H där n, X och R4 be tecknar samma som ovan, men R4 är emel-lertid ej väte, och V är en nukleofilt substituerbar av-25 gäende grupp, omsätts med en förening med formeln I 0 (III)
30 H-C-H co2r3 där R3 betecknar samma som ovan, men R3 är emellertid ej väte, och i) om sä önskas spjälks pä i och för sig känt 35 sätt skyddsgruppen, som eventuellt kopplats för tillfäl-ligt skyddande av funktionella grupper, och eventuellt 27 86849 spjälks grupperna R3 och/eller R4 (R3, R4 t H) hydrolytiskt eller hydrogenolytiskt under bildande av en fri karboxi-grupp (fria karboxigrupper), eller stegen i)-ii) utförs i motsatt ordning; och de sälunda erhällna föreningarna med 5 formeln I omvandlas eventuellt tili fysiologiskt godtagba-ra salter därav.

Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känne- t e c k n a t därav, att man framställer: l-karboximetyl-3-(S)—[1—(S)-etoxikarbonyl-3-fenyl-propyl-amino]-2-oxo-perhydrocyklopent[b]azepin, 1-karboximetyl-3-(S)-[1-(S)-karboxi-3-fenyl-propylamino]-20 2-oxo-perhydrocyklopent[b]azepin, 1-karboximety 1-3-( S)- [1- (S)-etoxikarbonyl-butylamino] - 2-oxo-perhydrocyklopent[b]azepin, 1-karboximetyl-3 - ( S)-[1- ( S )-karboxi-butylamino]-2-oxo-perhydrocyklopent [b]azepin, 25 stereoisomerer eller fysiologiskt godtagbara salter där av.
