Claims (9)

1. Förfarande för framställning av gipsfiberplattor, varvid plattorna formas av en av kalciumsulfatdihydrat och 5 fibrer innehällande mäsk, därefter uppvärmes tili en tem-peratur mellan 115 och 180°C, till dess dihydratet har övergätt tili en form av kalciumsulfat med mindre vatten, speciellt hemihydrat, avkyles därefter och slutligen ut-sättes för yttre betingelser, varvid kalciumsulfatet med 10 läg vattenhalt äter omvandlas tili dihydrat, k ä n n e -t e c k n a t därav, att vatten suges eller tryckes genom plattorna efter avkylningen.
2. Förfarande enligt krav 1, känneteck- n a t därav, att stelningsacceleratorer är lösta i vatt-15 net.
3. Förfarande enligt nägot av kraven 1-2, kän-netecknat därav, att luft därefter suges eller tryckes genom plattorna.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av kraven 1-3, k ä n - 20 netecknat därav, att vattnet som efter avkylningen sugs eller trycks genom plattorna är blandat med binde-medel.
5. Förfarande enligt krav 4, känneteck-n a t därav, att som bindemedel användes tunnkokande 25 stärkelse.
6. Förfarande enligt krav 5, känneteck-n a t därav, att stärkelsekoncentrationen uppgär tili 40-80 g/1.
7. Anordning för framställning av gipsfiberplattor 30 enligt förfarandet enligt nägot av kraven 1-6, med anord- ningar för att framställa en mäsk som innehäller kalciumsulfatdihydrat och fibrer och för att forma, upphetta och avkyla plattorna, kännetecknad av en därefter anordnad anordning (11) för att suga vatten genom de kyIda 35 plattorna, bestäende väsentligen av ett träg (13) med en siktliknande mellanbotten (14) vilken ätminstone längs 10 86297 sinä kanter är försedd med en tätning, samt en med trägets (13) botten ansluten sugledning (16).
