Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.水性シロキサン乳剤を硫酸カルシウム材料とホスト粒子の水性スラリーに 加え、該シロキサン乳剤はスラリーが維持される条件で安定であり; 濾過ケークを形成するために該シロキサン含有スラリーを平坦な多孔性成形表 面に通し; 該多孔性表面を通して該濾過ケークから水の実質的な部分を除去し; ボードを形成して余分の水を除去するために該濾過ケークをプレスし; 残留する遊離水を除去し、該ボードの芯が該シロキサンを硬化するのに十分な 温度に達するようにするために乾燥する: ことからなる改善された耐水性を有するセッコウボード生成物の製造方法。 2.該シロキサン乳剤は少なくとも一の水素改良されたシロキサンからなる請 求項1記載の方法。 3.該シロキサン乳剤は水素メチルシロキサンからなる請求項1記載の方法。 4.該シロキサン乳剤はカチオン性乳化剤からなる請求項1記載の方法。 5.該シロキサン乳剤は第四級アミンカチオン性乳化剤からなる請求項4記載 の方法。 6.Al+3イオンが第四級アミンカチオン性乳化剤に加えられる 請求項5記載の方法。 7.該シロキサン乳剤は非イオン性乳化剤からなる請求項1記載の方法。 8.該シロキサン乳剤は約20以上のHLB数を有する乳化剤からなる請求項 7記載の方法。 9.該スラリーに加えられるシロキサン乳剤の量は、該スラリー中の全固体重 量に基づいて、該スラリーに少なくとも約0.1重量%のシロキサン固体を提供 するのに十分である、請求項1記載の方法。 10.該スラリーに加えられるシロキサン乳剤の量は、該スラリー中の全固体 重量に基づいて、該スラリーに約1重量%から約2重量%のシロキサン固体を提 供するのに十分である、請求項9記載の方法。 11.水性触媒乳剤が該スラリーに加えられ、該触媒乳剤はスラリーが維持さ れる条件で安定であり、該触媒は該シロキサンの硬化を促進するように適合され る、請求項1記載の方法。 12.該触媒乳剤は第一級アミンからなる請求項11記載の方法。 13.該触媒乳剤は水不溶性第一級アミンからなる請求項12記載の方法。 14.該触媒乳剤はカチオン性乳化剤からなる請求項11記載の方法。 15.該触媒乳剤は第四級アミンカチオン性乳化剤からなる請求項14記載の 方法。 16.該触媒乳剤は非イオン性乳化剤からなる請求項11記載の方法。 17.該触媒乳剤は約20以上のHLB数を有する乳化剤からなる請求項16 記載の方法。 18.該スラリーは粉砕された硫酸カルシウム材料と、本体の実質的な部分に 穴を有する分離したリグノーセルロースホスト粒子とからなり、該スラリーはホ スト粒子中の侵入可能な穴を実質的に浸漬するように十分に希薄である、請求項 1記載の方法。 19.ホスト粒子は、化学的に精製された木パルプ、機械的に精製された木パ ルプ、熱機械的に精製された木パルプ及び前記の物の組み合わせからなる群から 選択された紙繊維若しくは木繊維である、請求項18記載の方法。 20.スラリー中の固体は約0.5−30重量%の木繊維からなる請求項19 記載の方法。 21.スラリー中の固体は約3−20重量%の木繊維からなる請求項20記載 の方法。 22.該スラリーを硫酸カルシウム半水和物結晶が維持される温度で維持し; 硫酸カルシウム半水和物が硫酸カルシウム二水和物へ再水和する 温度以下に濾過ケークの温度が低下する前に、濾過ケークを形成するために該シ ロキサン含有スラリーを平坦な多孔性成形表面上へ通し; 水の実質的な部分が除去された後に、再水和が始まる温度まで該濾過ケークを 冷却し; 余分の水を除去し、該ホスト粒子の回りの硫酸カルシウム半水和物結晶がその 場で硫酸カルシウム二水和物結晶に再水和するようにするボードを形成するため に該濾過ケークのプレスを行う; ことを更に含む請求項1記載の方法。 23.粉砕されたセッコウを該スラリーを形成するのに十分な水と共にホスト 粒子と混合し、該ホスト粒子はそれぞれ、その表面及び/又は本体内部に懸濁及 び/又は溶解されたセッコウを含むスラリー溶剤により侵入可能な穴を有し、該 スラリーは、ホスト粒子中の侵入可能な穴を実質的に水に漬して圧力下で加熱さ れた時に針状硫酸カルシウム アルファ半水和物結晶の形成を助けるために十分 に希薄であり; 連続的な揺動と共に圧力容器中で、セッコウを硫酸カルシウムアルファ−半水 和物にか焼するのに十分な温度までスラリーを加熱し; 少なくとも幾らかの硫酸カルシウム半水和物がホスト粒子の穴の中及び回りで 結晶するまで、スラリーをその温度で維持し; 硫酸カルシウム半水和物結晶が維持される温度に該スラリーがある間に、水性 シロキサン乳剤を該スラリーに加え; 硫酸カルシウム半水和物結晶が二水和物結晶へ素早く再水和する温度以下に該 濾過ケークの温度が低下する前に、該濾過ケークを形成するために該シロキサン 含有スラリーを該多孔性成形表面上へ通し; 再水和が生じる温度まで該濾過ケークを冷却し; 該ボードを形成するために該濾過ケークをプレスし、それによってホスト粒子 中の穴の中及び回りの該硫酸カルシウム半水和物結晶を硫酸カルシウム二水和物 結晶を形成するように再水和し;乾燥する; ことからなる、改善された耐水性を有するセッコウ木繊維ボードを製造する請求 項1記載の方法。
