Abstract

本发明一种石膏防水剂,该防水剂由硬脂酸镁、聚乙烯醇、明矾、氯化钠、二丁基羟基甲苯、丁基对苯二酚、入硅氧烷乳液、水制备而成,该防水剂为外涂防水剂,其法简单易行,可以取得较为理想的防水效果,缺克服了涂覆防水材料氧化变色老化的缺陷。

一种石膏防水剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种石膏防水剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
石膏产品是以半水硫酸钙为原料加水后转变成二水硫酸钙固化成各种形状的制品。主要用于建筑材料及室内装修材料如:隔墙,墙砖,也用于吊顶及艺术品。石膏产品质量相对于水泥制品轻得多,隔音隔热防火,是主要的建材之一。但最大的缺点是耐水性差,易吸水吸潮,吸水后强度损失大,易碎,吸潮后变型大,限制了它的用途。各国采取了各种途径和措施进行石膏防水性的研究,但总体可以归纳为三个方面:一方面是在石膏表面涂覆或涂刷防水材料;另一方面是在石膏中掺加磨细矿渣或火山灰质材料,提高石膏的耐水性;第三方面是在石膏中掺加水乳型防水剂,改善石膏的防水性能。第一种方法简单易行,若能严格操作,可以取得较为理想的防水效果,但是一旦被涂覆的表面或局部出现缺陷,裸露的石膏在遇到水时被水溶蚀,甚至剥落,降低防水性能;另外,涂覆防水材料已被氧化变色,直接影响装饰性。
发明内容:
为克服上述存在的技术缺陷,本发明一种石膏防水剂,该防水剂由硬脂酸镁、聚乙烯醇、明矾、氯化钠、二丁基羟基甲苯、丁基对苯二酚、硅氧烷乳液、水制备而成,该防水剂为外涂防水剂,其法简单易行,可以取得较为理想的防水效果,缺克服了涂覆防水材料氧化变色老化的缺陷。
具体地,本发明提供了一种石膏防水剂,由硬脂酸镁300-700g、聚乙烯醇200-400g、明矾30-70g、氯化钠3-7g、二丁基羟基甲苯1-5g、丁基对苯二酚1-5g、硅氧烷乳液100-300g、水2000-4000kg制备而成。
进一步地,所述的一种石膏防水剂,由硬脂酸镁400-600g、聚乙烯醇250-350g、明矾40-60g、氯化钠4-6g、二丁基羟基甲苯2-4g、丁基对苯二酚2-4g、硅氧烷乳液150-250g、水2500kg制备而成。
更进一步地,所述的一种石膏防水剂,由硬脂酸镁500g、聚乙烯醇300g、明矾50g、氯化钠5g、二丁基羟基甲苯3g、丁基对苯二酚3g、硅氧烷乳液200g、水3000kg制备而成。
本发明还提供了一种石膏防水剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将硬脂酸镁导入水,加热至80-90℃,搅拌使硬脂酸镁完全溶解,再加入聚乙烯醇、明矾、氯化钠、二丁基羟基甲苯、丁基对苯二酚、硅氧烷乳液、搅拌,70-80℃保温2-3h,制得本发明所述的防水材料。
上述优选所述的保温温度为75℃,保温时间优选为2.5h。
本发明所述的防水剂在应用时,是将防水剂涂覆石膏表面。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明在现有的技术基础上,通过大量的实验筛选,最终确定该防水剂由硬脂酸镁、聚乙烯醇、明矾、氯化钠、二丁基羟基甲苯、丁基对苯二酚、入硅氧烷乳液、水制备而成,该防水剂为外涂防水剂,其法简单易行,可以取得较为理想的防水效果,缺克服了涂覆防水材料氧化变色老化的缺陷。
具体实施方式:
实施例1石膏防水剂的制备
原料:硬脂酸镁300g、聚乙烯醇200g、明矾30g、氯化钠3g、二丁基羟基甲苯1g、丁基对苯二酚1g、硅氧烷乳液100g、水2000kg制备而成。
制备方法:将硬脂酸镁倒入水,加热至80℃,搅拌使硬脂酸镁完全溶解,再加入聚乙烯醇、明矾、氯化钠、二丁基羟基甲苯、丁基对苯二酚、硅氧烷乳液、搅拌,70℃保温2h,制得本发明所述的防水材料。
实施例2石膏防水剂的制备
原料:硬脂酸镁400g、聚乙烯醇250g、明矾40g、氯化钠4g、二丁基羟基甲苯2g、丁基对苯二酚2g、硅氧烷乳液150g、水2500kg制备而成。
制备方法:将硬脂酸镁倒入水,加热至80℃,搅拌使硬脂酸镁完全溶解,再加入聚乙烯醇、明矾、氯化钠、二丁基羟基甲苯、丁基对苯二酚、硅氧烷乳液、搅拌,70℃保温2h,制得本发明所述的防水材料。
实施例3石膏防水剂的制备
原料:硬脂酸镁500g、聚乙烯醇300g、明矾50g、氯化钠5g、二丁基羟基甲苯3g、丁基对苯二酚3g、硅氧烷乳液200g、水3000kg制备而成。
制备方法:将硬脂酸镁倒入水,加热至85℃,搅拌使硬脂酸镁完全溶解,再加入聚乙烯醇、明矾、氯化钠、二丁基羟基甲苯、丁基对苯二酚、硅氧烷乳液、搅拌,75℃保温2.5h,制得本发明所述的防水材料。
实施例4石膏防水剂的制备
原料:硬脂酸镁600g、聚乙烯醇350g、明矾60g、氯化钠6g、二丁基羟基甲苯4g、丁基对苯二酚4g、硅氧烷乳液250g、水3500kg制备而成。
制备方法:将硬脂酸镁倒入水,加热至90℃,搅拌使硬脂酸镁完全溶解,再加入聚乙烯醇、明矾、氯化钠、二丁基羟基甲苯、丁基对苯二酚、硅氧烷乳液、搅拌,80℃保温3h,制得本发明所述的防水材料。
实施例5石膏防水剂的制备
原料:硬脂酸镁700g、聚乙烯醇400g、明矾80g、氯化钠7g、二丁基羟基甲苯5g、丁基对苯二酚5g、硅氧烷乳液300g、水4000kg制备而成。
制备方法:将硬脂酸镁倒入水,加热至90℃,搅拌使硬脂酸镁完全溶解,再加入聚乙烯醇、明矾、氯化钠、二丁基羟基甲苯、丁基对苯二酚、硅氧烷乳液、搅拌,80℃保温3h,制得本发明所述的防水材料。
实施例6石膏防水剂的制备
原料:硬脂酸镁500g、聚乙烯醇300g、明矾50g、氯化钠5g、硅氧烷乳液200g、水3000kg制备而成。
制备方法:将硬脂酸镁倒入水,加热至85℃,搅拌使硬脂酸镁完全溶解,再加入聚乙烯醇、明矾、氯化钠、硅氧烷乳液、搅拌,75℃保温2.5h,制得本发明所述的防水材料。
实验例
取20cm大小正方形石膏板6块作为实验组1-6号,分别用本发明实施例1-6制得的防水剂涂覆,晾干,再每组石膏板正中间滴一滴蓝色墨水,放置于强光照、湿度大的环境加速实验,10天后观察墨水的扩散面积。
实验结果墨水扩散面积由大到小为:实验组6、实验组1、实验组4、实验组2、实验组6、实验组3。

Claims (8)

1.一种石膏防水剂,其特征在于:该防水剂由硬脂酸镁、聚乙烯醇、明矾、氯化钠、二丁基羟基甲苯、丁基对苯二酚、入硅氧烷乳液、水制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石膏防水剂,其特征在于:由硬脂酸镁300-700g、聚乙烯醇200-400g、明矾30-70g、氯化钠3-7g、二丁基羟基甲苯1-5g、丁基对苯二酚1-5g、硅氧烷乳液100-300g、水2000-4000kg制备而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的石膏防水剂,其特征在于:石膏防水剂,由硬脂酸镁400-600g、聚乙烯醇250-350g、明矾40-60g、氯化钠4-6g、二丁基羟基甲苯2-4g、丁基对苯二酚2-4g、硅氧烷乳液150-250g、水2500kg制备而成。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的石膏防水剂,其特征在于:由硬脂酸镁500g、聚乙烯醇300g、明矾50g、氯化钠5g、二丁基羟基甲苯3g、丁基对苯二酚3g、硅氧烷乳液200g、水3000kg制备而成。
5.一种石膏防水剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
将硬脂酸镁导入水,加热至80-90℃,搅拌使硬脂酸镁完全溶解,再加入聚乙烯醇、明矾、氯化钠、二丁基羟基甲苯、丁基对苯二酚、硅氧烷乳液、搅拌,70-80℃保温2-3h,制得防水剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的石膏防水剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的保温温度为75℃。
7.根据权利要求5所述的的制备方法,其特征在于:保温时间为2.5h。
8.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的石膏防水剂,其特征在于:石膏防水剂在应用时,是将防水剂涂覆石膏表面。
