Abstract
本发明公开了一种防水材料配方,涉及材料化学领域,由如下原料制成:丁苯乳液、橡胶油、乳胶、沥青、纳米石墨烯、活性碳酸钙、二氧化硅、人造石墨、酚醛、呋喃树脂、分散剂、催化剂、渗透剂、抗晒剂、消泡剂、抗氧化剂、润滑剂、交联剂、增塑剂、防霉杀菌剂、表面活性剂、防霉剂、紫外线吸收剂、防污剂。本发明能有效避免了因为长时间阳光照射而导致的材料失效;同时采用抗氧化剂、抗晒剂、紫外线吸收剂,能有效避免了防水材料因为长时间阳光照射而导致的材料过快氧化、老化、失效等情况。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料化学领域,具体而言,涉及一种防水材料配方。
背景技术
防水材料是建筑物的围护结构要防止雨水、雪水和地下水的渗透。但就墙体装饰而言,外墙以贴面砖、玻璃幕墙为主,这种方式既美观而且也起到较好的防水效果,但是成本较高。相对来说涂刷防水材料则较为经济,并且不受墙体形状限制。但一般的防水涂料也有其缺陷,尤其是长时间被阳光照射容易发生变形、变质等情况,既影响了美观同时也失去了使用性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水材料配方,以解决上述问题。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种防水材料配方,由如下重量配比的原料制成:丁苯乳液15-25份、橡胶油5-15份、乳胶8-15份、沥青15-25份、纳米石墨烯10-15份、活性碳酸钙5-10份、二氧化硅5-10份、人造石墨8-20份、酚醛5-8份、呋喃树脂8-10份、分散剂3-5份、催化剂1.5-4份、渗透剂5-7份、抗晒剂5-8份、消泡剂3-5份、抗氧化剂2-3份、润滑剂2-3份、交联剂7-12份、增塑剂5-7份、防霉杀菌剂3-5份、表面活性剂3-4份、防霉剂4-6份、紫外线吸收剂3-5份、防污剂5-7份。
进一步的,所述抗晒剂为氧化锑。
进一步的,所述抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚 (BHA)、二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)、没食子酸丙酯(PG)、叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)中一种或多种。
进一步的,所述润滑剂为脂肪酸酰胺。
进一步的,所述交联剂选自偏铝 酸钠、焦锑酸钾、硫酸铝、铝化锆中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述紫外线吸收剂为为邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯、2-(2ˊ-羟基-5ˊ-甲基苯基)苯并三氮唑、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮中的其中一种。
本发明的有益效果是,
本发明通过采用利用乳胶和石墨烯粉末的亲和力使物料之间结合更加紧密,从而有效避免了因为长时间阳光照射而导致的材料失效。同时采用抗氧化剂、抗晒剂、紫外线吸收剂,能有效避免了防水材料因为长时间阳光照射而导致的材料过快氧化、老化、失效等情况。

下面通过具体的实施例子对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
本发明提供的一种防水材料配方,由如下重量配比的原料制成:丁苯乳液15-25份、橡胶油5-15份、乳胶8-15份、沥青15-25份、纳米石墨烯10-15 份、活性碳酸钙5-10份、二氧化硅5-10份、人造石墨8-20份、酚醛5-8份、呋喃树脂8-10份、分散剂3-5份、催化剂1.5-4份、渗透剂5-7份、抗晒剂5-8份、消泡剂3-5份、抗氧化剂2-3份、润滑剂2-3份、交联剂7-12份、增塑剂5-7份、防霉杀菌剂3-5份、表面活性剂3-4份、防霉剂4-6份、紫外线吸收剂3-5份、防污剂5-7份。
所述抗晒剂为氧化锑。所述抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚 (BHA)、二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)、没食子酸丙酯(PG)、叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)中一种或多种。所述润滑剂为脂肪酸酰胺。所述交联剂选自偏铝 酸钠、焦锑酸钾、硫酸铝、铝化锆中的一种或几种。所述紫外线吸收剂为为邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯、2-(2ˊ-羟基-5ˊ-甲基苯基)苯并三氮唑、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮中的其中一种。

1.一种防水材料配方,其特征在于,由如下重量配比的原料制成:丁苯乳液15-25份、橡胶油5-15份、乳胶8-15份、沥青15-25份、纳米石墨烯10-15 份、活性碳酸钙5-10份、二氧化硅5-10份、人造石墨8-20份、酚醛5-8份、呋喃树脂8-10份、分散剂3-5份、催化剂1.5-4份、渗透剂5-7份、抗晒剂5-8份、消泡剂3-5份、抗氧化剂2-3份、润滑剂2-3份、交联剂7-12份、增塑剂5-7份、防霉杀菌剂3-5份、表面活性剂3-4份、防霉剂4-6份、紫外线吸收剂3-5份、防污剂5-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水材料配方,其特征在于,所述抗晒剂为氧化锑。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水材料配方,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)、没食子酸丙酯(PG)、叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)中一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水材料配方,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为脂肪酸酰胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防水材料配方,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为脂肪酸酰胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防水材料配方,其特征在于,所述交联剂选自偏铝 酸钠、焦锑酸钾、硫酸铝、铝化锆中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防水材料配方,其特征在于,紫外线吸收剂为为邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯、2-(2ˊ-羟基-5ˊ-甲基苯基)苯并三氮唑、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮中的其中一种。
