Abstract
本发明公开了抗裂型建筑涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:2‑10份榆树皮纤维、3‑20份苯丙乳液、7‑15份硅石灰粉、2‑3份增稠剂、20‑35份聚醋酸乙烯、4‑10份六偏硫酸钠、0.3‑3份成膜助剂、20‑35份硅溶胶、3‑12份乙酸丁酯、2‑8份聚乙烯醇和40‑55份去离子水。本发明的涂料成本低,污染少,加入抗裂剂后,抗裂效果增强,涂层经耐温变性试验后,不剥落、不起泡、无裂纹,也没有明显的变色;加入硅溶胶、乙酸丁酯和聚乙烯醇后,涂料成膜后的硬度、耐水性、耐碱性和耐擦洗次数性能指标都较高,提高了建筑墙壁的美观和实用价值。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及抗裂型建筑涂料。
背景技术
涂料是一种材料,这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜,又称漆膜或涂层。因早期的涂料大多以植物油为主要原料,故又称作油漆。现在合成树脂已大部分或全部取代了植物油,故称为涂料。
建筑涂料包括水性建筑涂料和溶剂型建筑涂料,溶剂型建筑涂料因其固化过程释放有毒溶剂,不符合环保要求而在建筑涂料中受到限制,但由于溶剂型涂料的高分子成膜物耐老化性强、附着力好、涂层光洁、耐沾污、耐磨性、耐酸碱、耐水性等优于一般水性涂料,在高层建筑的外墙装饰中仍在使用。从长远看,会被水性氟碳、硅丙等高性能涂料取代。
目前建筑物表面的水泥砂浆、腻子等表面建筑材料会因水化干缩、不同材料的膨胀系数不同而产生龟裂,表面涂层出现裂纹,既影响了建筑物的美观,还可能导致雨水渗漏。并且,现在很多建筑物所采用的抗菌剂主要为汞盐等无机盐,其自身也有毒性,会危害人体的健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种制作简单、杀菌效果佳、同时又能避免墙面龟裂的抗裂型建筑涂料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:抗裂型建筑涂料,其创新点在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:2-10份榆树皮纤维、3-20份苯丙乳液、7-15份硅石灰粉、2-3份增稠剂、20-35份聚醋酸乙烯、4-10份六偏硫酸钠、0.3-3份成膜助剂、20-35份硅溶胶、3-12份乙酸丁酯、2-8份聚乙烯醇和40-55份去离子水。
进一步的,由以下重量份数的原料制成:6份榆树皮纤维、12份苯丙乳液、11份硅石灰粉、2份增稠剂、27份聚醋酸乙烯、7份六偏硫酸钠、1.7份成膜助剂、27份硅溶胶、7份乙酸丁酯、5份聚乙烯醇和47份去离子水。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明附着力强,保护建筑免受高温氧化的破坏和大气的腐蚀,形成的涂层平整、耐热耐高温且强度高。经该产品处理后的材料表面保持原色,不必水洗。
(2)本发明建筑涂料采用天然抗菌剂,杀菌效果好,而且对人体无害,成本低。
(3)本发明的涂料成本低,污染少,加入抗裂剂后,抗裂效果增强,涂层经耐温变性试验后,不剥落、不起泡、无裂纹,也没有明显的变色;加入硅溶胶、乙酸丁酯和聚乙烯醇后,涂料成膜后的硬度、耐水性、耐碱性和耐擦洗次数性能指标都较高,提高了建筑墙壁的美观和实用价值。

抗裂型建筑涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:10份榆树皮纤维、3-20份苯丙乳液、7-15份硅石灰粉、3份增稠剂、35份聚醋酸乙烯、10份六偏硫酸钠、3份成膜助剂、35硅溶胶、12份乙酸丁酯、8份聚乙烯醇和55份去离子水。
实施例3
