一种新型建筑涂料
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种新型建筑涂料。
背景技术
涂料是一种材料,这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜,又称漆膜或涂层。因早期的涂料大多以植物油为主要原料,故又称作油漆。现在合成树脂已大部分或全部取代了植物油,故称为涂料。
建筑涂料包括水性建筑涂料和溶剂型建筑涂料,溶剂型建筑涂料因其固化过程释放有毒溶剂,不符合环保要求而在建筑涂料中受到限制,但由于溶剂型涂料的高分子成膜物耐老化性强、附着力好、涂层光洁、耐沾污、耐磨性、耐酸碱、耐水性等优于一般水性涂料,在高层建筑的外墙装饰中仍在使用。从长远看,会被水性氟碳、硅丙等高性能涂料取代。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种制作简单、杀菌效果佳的新型建筑涂料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种新型建筑涂料,其创新点在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:3-15份硅石灰粉、1-5份消泡剂、5-10份明胶、2-10份粉状硅酸钠、5-10份氧化锌、25-40份轻质碳酸钙、1-10份松香酚醛改性树脂和5-20份二甲基氨基乙酯。
进一步的,由以下重量份数的原料制成:9份硅石灰粉、3份消泡剂、7份明胶、6份粉状硅酸钠、7份氧化锌、32份轻质碳酸钙、5份松香酚醛改性树脂和12份二甲基氨基乙酯。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明附着力强,保护建筑免受高温氧化的破坏和大气的腐蚀,形成的涂层平整、耐热耐高温且强度高。经该产品处理后的材料表面保持原色,不必水洗。
(2)本发明建筑涂料采用天然抗菌剂,杀菌效果好,而且对人体无害,成本低。

一种新型建筑涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:3份硅石灰粉、1份消泡剂、5份明胶、2份粉状硅酸钠、5份氧化锌、25份轻质碳酸钙、1份松香酚醛改性树脂和5份二甲基氨基乙酯。
实施例2
一种新型建筑涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:15份硅石灰粉、5份消泡剂、10份明胶、10份粉状硅酸钠、10份氧化锌、40份轻质碳酸钙、10份松香酚醛改性树脂和20份二甲基氨基乙酯。
实施例3
一种新型建筑涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:9份硅石灰粉、3份消泡剂、7份明胶、6份粉状硅酸钠、7份氧化锌、32份轻质碳酸钙、5份松香酚醛改性树脂和12份二甲基氨基乙酯。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型建筑涂料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:9份硅石灰粉、3份消泡剂、7份明胶、6份粉状硅酸钠、7份氧化锌、32份轻质碳酸钙、5份松香酚醛改性树脂和12份二甲基氨基乙酯。
