本发明公开了一种用于玻璃的防紫外线涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:二甲基甲酰胺1.5-2.6份,润湿分散剂1.4-2.9份,成膜助剂1.1-1.5份,黄原酸胶2.2-3.5份,硬脂酸锌6.2-7.6份,苯基异氰酸酯2.3-3.6份,蒙脱石粉0.5-1.2份,碳酸钙0.4-0.7份。本发明的涂料能够有效的把硬脂酸锌和苯基异氰酸酯很好的结合起来,进一步扩展了透明防紫外线玻璃涂料中的新材料领域,实现了无机氧化特防紫外线材料在玻璃涂料中的应用,填补了在汽车和建筑玻璃上使用了透明防紫外线玻璃涂料,克服了已有公开的防紫外线涂料技术中的透明性差,防紫外线的功能效果不持久的缺陷。

Description

一种用于玻璃的防紫外线涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,尤其是涉及一种用于玻璃的防紫外线涂料,属于涂料领域。   
背景技术
紫外线的能量可引发皮肤老化、甚至容易导致皮肤癌,也可导致各种窗户帘及地板、塑料和印刷品的褪色。因此人们越来越关注防紫外线照射的危害,特别是汽车前风挡玻璃和居室、办公室等门窗玻璃对人们的生活直接造成危害。目前我们能够看到的防紫外线剂或涂料有以下问题,Ti02 在UY-B 具有有效的吸收范围,在UV-A 波段效果不好,特别是添加到各种树脂中防紫外效果更不理想,也容易团聚,氧化锌UV-A 波段具有较好的吸收效果,但是由于市面上我们能看到的ZnO粉体,团聚较严重,透明性和防紫外效果都不是很理想,也不能直接使用于汽车挡风玻璃和居家办公室等建筑玻璃上。  
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种用于玻璃的防紫外线涂料,具有较高的透光性,能有效预防强紫外线对人体、对物品的辐射、老化和腿色等问题,且有很好的附着力和表面硬度。 
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是,一种用于玻璃的防紫外线涂料,其
由以下重量份数的原料制成:
二甲基甲酰胺1.5-2.6份,润湿分散剂1.4-2.9份,成膜助剂1.1-1.5份,黄原酸胶2.2-3.5份,硬脂酸锌6.2-7.6份,苯基异氰酸酯2.3-3.6份,蒙脱石粉0.5-1.2份,碳酸钙0.4-0.7份。
优化的,上述用于玻璃的防紫外线涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
二甲基甲酰胺1.5份,润湿分散剂1.4份,成膜助剂1.1份,黄原酸胶2.2份,硬脂酸锌6.2份,苯基异氰酸酯2.3份,蒙脱石粉0.5份,碳酸钙0.4份。 
优化的,上述用于玻璃的防紫外线涂料,其润湿分散剂为PE-100。
优化的,上述用于玻璃的防紫外线涂料,其成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。
本发明的用于玻璃的防紫外线涂料能够有效的把硬脂酸锌和苯基异氰酸酯很好的结合起来,科学的配制了水性、油性透明防紫外线玻璃涂料;进一步扩展了透明防紫外线玻璃涂料中的新材料领域,实现了无机氧化特防紫外线材料在玻璃涂料中的应用,填补了在汽车和建筑玻璃上使用了透明防紫外线玻璃涂料,克服了己有公开的防紫外线涂料技术中的透明性差,防紫外线的功能效果不持久的缺陷。

下面结合其实施例对发明进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本发明为一种用于玻璃的防紫外线涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
二甲基甲酰胺1.5份,润湿分散剂1.4份,成膜助剂1.1份,黄原酸胶2.2份,硬脂酸锌6.2份,苯基异氰酸酯2.3份,蒙脱石粉0.5份,碳酸钙0.4份。 
润湿分散剂为PE-100。成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。
实施例2
本发明为一种用于玻璃的防紫外线涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
二甲基甲酰胺2.6份,润湿分散剂2.9份,成膜助剂1.5份,黄原酸胶3.5份,硬脂酸锌7.6份,苯基异氰酸酯3.6份,蒙脱石粉1.2份,碳酸钙0.7份。 
润湿分散剂为PE-100。成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。
实施例3
本发明为一种用于玻璃的防紫外线涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
二甲基甲酰胺1.7份,润湿分散剂1.9份,成膜助剂1.2份,黄原酸胶2.5份,硬脂酸锌6.6份,苯基异氰酸酯2.6份,蒙脱石粉0.8份,碳酸钙0.5份。 
润湿分散剂为PE-100。成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。本发明的用于玻璃的防紫外线涂料能够有效的把苯基异氰酸酯和丁基羟基茴香醚很好的结合起来,科学的配制了水性、油性透明防紫外线玻璃涂料;进一步扩展了透明防紫外线玻璃涂料中的新材料领域,实现了无机氧化特防紫外线材料在玻璃涂料中的应用,填补了在汽车和建筑玻璃上使用了透明防紫外线玻璃涂料,克服了己有公开的防紫外线涂料技术中的透明性差,防紫外线的功能效果不持久的缺陷。

二甲基甲酰胺1.5-2.6份,润湿分散剂1.4-2.9份,成膜助剂1.1-1.5份,黄原酸胶2.2-3.5份,硬脂酸锌6.2-7.6份,苯基异氰酸酯2.3-3.6份,蒙脱石粉0.5-1.2份,碳酸钙0.4-0.7份。
