本发明公开了一种耐候防霉防潮外墙漆料,由以下重量份数的成份组成:20-30份乙醇胺、5-10份XG-95、200-250份纳米高岭土、250-300份立德粉、10-20份淀粉、500-600份醋酸乙烯均聚物乳液、50-80份丙二醇、30-50份异丙醇、250-300份绢云母、150-200份GR复合钛白颜料、20-30份助剂、250-300份纯净水。该耐候防霉防潮外墙漆料能够抵抗环境界的紫外线,解决漆料褪色、失光的问题,延长漆料的使用寿命,同时具有良好的抗污性、耐摩擦性、抗粉性、耐候性、抗霉变性和防潮性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种墙体外用的漆料的技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有耐候、防霉、防腐、防潮的外墙用漆料。
背景技术
外墙涂料,是用于涂刷建筑外立而的一种涂料,所以最重要的一项指标就是抗紫外线照射,要求达到长时间照射不变色:外墙涂料还要求有抗水性能,要求有自涤性,漆膜要硬而平整,脏污一冲就掉。
现有的外墙漆,一般是山水、颜料、成膜助剂、分散剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、润湿剂、填料、防冻剂等配制而成,其抗污性、耐摩擦性较差。而在夏季,山于强烈的紫外线照射,漆膜非常容易老化,发生失光、褪色、变色、开裂、粉化现象,严重影响装饰效果和使用价值。
因此,如何开发一种能够抵抗环境界的紫外线,解决漆料褪色、失光的问题,延长漆料的使用寿命,同时具有良好的抗污性、耐摩擦性、抗粉性、耐候性、抗霉变性和防潮性的外墙漆,是本领域的一个技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种耐候防霉防潮外墙漆料,该耐候防霉防潮外墙漆料能够抵抗环境界的紫外线,解决漆料褪色、失光的问题,延长漆料的使用寿命。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种耐候防霉防潮外墙漆料,由以下重量份数的成份组成:20-30份乙醇胺、5-10份XG-95、200-250份纳米高岭土、250-300份立德粉、10-20份淀粉、500-600份醋酸乙烯均聚物乳液、50-80份丙二醇、30-50份异丙醇、250-300份绢云母、150-200份GR复合钛白颜料、20-30份助剂、250-300份纯净水。
进一步的,所述的乙醇胺含量为20份、XG-95含量为5份、纳米高岭土含量为200份、立德粉含量为250份、淀粉含量为10份、醋酸乙烯均聚物乳液含量为500份、丙二醇含量为50份、异丙醇含量为30份、绢云母含量为250份、GR复合钛白颜料含量为150份、助剂含量为20份、纯净水含量为250份。
进一步的,所述的助剂包括疏水剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、分散剂、防霉防腐剂。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的耐候防霉防潮外墙漆料能够抵抗环境界的紫外线,解决漆料褪色、失光的问题,延长漆料的使用寿命,同时具有良好的抗污性、耐摩擦性、抗粉性、耐候性、抗霉变性和防潮性。

本实施例1所描述的一种耐候防霉防潮外墙漆料,由以下重量份数的成份组成:20份乙醇胺、5份XG-95、200份纳米高岭土、250份立德粉、10份淀粉、500份醋酸乙烯均聚物乳液、50份丙二醇、30份异丙醇、250份绢云母、150份GR复合钛白颜料、20份助剂、250份纯净水。
进一步的,所述的助剂包括疏水剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、分散剂、防霉防腐剂。其中疏水剂含量为3份,消泡剂含量为2份、增稠剂含量为5份、分散剂含量为2份、防霉防腐剂含量为8份。

本实施例2所描述的一种耐候防霉防潮外墙漆料,由以下重量份数的成份组成: 30份乙醇胺、10份XG-95、250份纳米高岭土、300份立德粉、20份淀粉、600份醋酸乙烯均聚物乳液、80份丙二醇、50份异丙醇、300份绢云母、200份GR复合钛白颜料、30份助剂、300份纯净水。
进一步的,所述的助剂包括疏水剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、分散剂、防霉防腐剂。其中疏水剂含量为5份,消泡剂含量为4份、增稠剂含量为7份、分散剂含量为4份、防霉防腐剂含量为10份。

1.一种耐候防霉防潮外墙漆料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的成份组成:20-30份乙醇胺、5-10份XG-95、200-250份纳米高岭土、250-300份立德粉、10-20份淀粉、500-600份醋酸乙烯均聚物乳液、50-80份丙二醇、30-50份异丙醇、250-300份绢云母、150-200份GR复合钛白颜料、20-30份助剂、250-300份纯净水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候防霉防潮外墙漆料,特征在于,所述的乙醇胺含量为20份、XG-95含量为5份、纳米高岭土含量为200份、立德粉含量为250份、淀粉含量为10份、醋酸乙烯均聚物乳液含量为500份、丙二醇含量为50份、异丙醇含量为30份、绢云母含量为250份、GR复合钛白颜料含量为150份、助剂含量为20份、纯净水含量为250份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种耐候防霉防潮外墙漆料,特征在于,所述的助剂包括疏水剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、分散剂、防霉防腐剂。
