本发明公开了一种抗污面漆，其组分按重量份数为：去离子水30-33份，丙烯酸乳液22-25份，甲基含氢环四硅氧烷5-8份，钛白粉3-5份，煅烧硅酸铝12-15份，滑石粉4-6份，重钙3-5份，纳米二氧化硅3-5份，湿润分散剂0.5-0.9份，消泡剂0.2-0.3份，防腐防霉剂0.3-0.5份，乙二醇3-6份，丙二醇0.3-0.5份，增稠剂0.2-0.3份。本发明公开的抗污面漆具有较好的防水能力和抗污能力，耐擦洗，适用于各类内墙保护和装饰。

一种抗污面漆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种乳胶漆，特别是一种抗污面漆。
背景技术
面漆是涂装的最终涂层，是建筑墙体装修中最后涂抹的一层，装修后所呈现出的整体效果都是通过这一层体现出来。因此对所用材料有较高的要求，不仅要有很好的色度和亮度，更要求具有很好的耐污染，耐老化，防潮，防霉性好，还要有不污染环境、安全无毒、无火灾危险、施工方便、涂膜干燥快、保光保色好、透气性好等特点。具有装饰和保护功能，如颜色、光泽、质感等，还需有面对恶劣环境的抵抗性。
随着人们室内环境的要求越来越高，室内墙面成为了室内装饰的主要目标之一，然而传统的面漆耐污性能较差，一旦沾上污物，很难去除，严重影响了室内环境的美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中的问题，提供了一种抗污面漆，该乳胶漆具有较强的防水耐污能力，能够保证墙面清洁，提高室内的美观度。
为了达到上述目的，本发明中的技术方案如下：
一种抗污面漆，其组分按重量份数为：
去离子水30-33份，丙烯酸乳液22-25份，甲基含氢环四硅氧烷5-8份，钛白粉3-5份，煅烧硅酸铝12-15份，滑石粉4-6份，重钙3-5份，纳米二氧化硅3-5份，湿润分散剂0.5-0.9份，消泡剂0.2-0.3份，防腐防霉剂0.3-0.5份，乙二醇3-6份，丙二醇0.3-0.5份，增稠剂0.2-0.3份。
其中，甲基含氢环四硅氧烷表面张力小，疏水抗污能力强，且有较强的化学稳定性，能够防止一般的污物附着到墙面漆表面，同时，涂料中加入纳米二氧化硅，能增强涂料分子间的结合力，提高涂料的弹性和强度，并使涂料表面形成一层保护膜，防止多次擦洗对墙面漆造成的损伤。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于：该面漆具有较好的防水能力，表面张力小，减小了污物的附着力，抗污能力强，耐擦洗，适用于各类内墙保护和装饰，并且使用寿命长。

下面结合实施例，对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案，而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。

一种抗污面漆，其组分按重量份数为：
去离子水32份，丙烯酸乳液25份，甲基含氢环四硅氧烷6份，钛白粉4份，煅烧硅酸铝14份，滑石粉5份，重钙3份，纳米二氧化硅4份，湿润分散剂0.6份，消泡剂0.2份，防腐防霉剂0.4份，乙二醇5份，丙二醇0.5份，增稠剂0.3份。
实施例二
一种抗污面漆，其组分按重量份数为：
去离子水33份，丙烯酸乳液23份，甲基含氢环四硅氧烷7份，钛白粉5份，煅烧硅酸铝13份，滑石粉5份，重钙4份，纳米二氧化硅5份，湿润分散剂0.8份，消泡剂0.2份，防腐防霉剂0.5份，乙二醇3份，丙二醇0.3份，增稠剂0.2份。
