Abstract
本发明公开了一种易粘接型建筑装饰膜,包括外层和复合层,所述外层按照各成分含量计,包括聚偏氟乙烯70%‑90%、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5%‑25%、抗冲改性剂5%‑25%和紫外吸收剂0.1%‑0.5%,所述复合层按照各成分含量计,包括聚偏氟乙烯0%‑50%、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯20%‑80%和抗冲改性剂0%‑30%。本发明提供的建筑装饰膜贴附在金属外墙材料的表面,对外墙材料进行保护,防止脱色和锈蚀,该薄膜中的聚偏氟乙烯可抗老化,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯能增加薄膜透明度及降低加工难度,抗冲改性剂能让薄膜易于加工且柔软,紫外吸收剂能有效的吸收阳光中的紫外线,延长薄膜及产品寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装饰材料防护技术领域,具体涉及一种易粘接型建筑装饰膜。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对建筑外墙的要求也越来越高,美观的要求越来越普遍,安全、保温、环保等新要求也在不断的提出。由于成本的不同,建造师在材料上也有不同的选择,涂料、瓷砖就是常见的选择,其中涂料、瓷砖由于外观和和施工等原因,并不被某些高端建筑所接受,因此新型的建筑外墙材料钢板、铝板等便是一种新的选择,钢板、铝板等金属材料做成建筑外墙,其颜色的保持和防锈就尤为重要。目前常见的做法是在金属材料上喷涂氟碳涂层,但是随着环保要求的提高,氟碳涂层的工艺逐渐难题满足要求,迫切需要一种对金属墙面材料提供保护的新方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种易粘接型建筑装饰膜,该装饰膜代替原氟碳涂层用于防止金属墙面材料的色泽和防止锈蚀,可满足环保要求,并且具有良好的防老化、抗紫外性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种易粘接型建筑装饰膜,包括外层和复合层,所述外层按照各成分含量计,包括聚偏氟乙烯70%-90%、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5%-25%、抗冲改性剂5%-25%和紫外吸收剂0.1%-0.5%,所述复合层按照各成分含量计,包括聚偏氟乙烯0%-50%、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯20%-80%和抗冲改性剂0%-30%。
根据本发明的一实施例,对于所述的易粘接型建筑装饰膜,所述外层按照各成分含量计,包括聚偏氟乙烯75%-85%、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5%-15%、抗冲改性剂5%-15%和紫外吸收剂0.2%-0.4%。
根据本发明的一实施例,对于所述的易粘接型建筑装饰膜,所述复合层按照各成分含量计,包括聚偏氟乙烯10%-30%、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯50%-70%和抗冲改性剂15%-25%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的建筑装饰膜贴附在金属外墙材料的表面,对外墙材料进行保护,防止脱色和锈蚀,该装饰膜采用双层结构,外层为抗老化层,聚偏氟乙烯是抗老化的主要成分,比例越高越抗老化,但加工难度会增加,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯能增加薄膜透明度及降低加工难度,抗冲改性剂能让薄膜易于加工且柔软,紫外吸收剂能有效的吸收阳光中的紫外线,延长薄膜及产品寿命;复合层为过渡粘接层,主要材料为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,聚偏氟乙烯增加薄膜的抗老化性能,抗冲改性剂改善加工性能。

下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以便于本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施,但所列举的实施例不作为本发明的限定。
实施例1
本发明提供一种易粘接的建筑装饰膜,其由外层和复合层组成,外层按照各成分含量计,包括聚偏氟乙烯70%、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯15%、抗冲改性剂14.5%和紫外吸收剂0.5%,复合层按照各成分含量计,包括聚偏氟乙烯0%、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯80%和抗冲改性剂20%。
实施例2
本发明提供一种易粘接的建筑装饰膜,其由外层和复合层组成,外层按照各成分含量计,包括聚偏氟乙烯90%、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5%、抗冲改性剂4.9%和紫外吸收剂0.1%,复合层按照各成分含量计,包括聚偏氟乙烯50%、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯20%和抗冲改性剂30%。
实施例3
本发明提供一种易粘接的建筑装饰膜,其由外层和复合层组成,外层按照各成分含量计,包括聚偏氟乙烯75%、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯14.6%、抗冲改性剂10%和紫外吸收剂0.4%,复合层按照各成分含量计,包括聚偏氟乙烯10%、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯70%和抗冲改性剂20%。
实施例4
本发明提供一种易粘接的建筑装饰膜,其由外层和复合层组成,外层按照各成分含量计,包括聚偏氟乙烯85%、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯4.8%、抗冲改性剂10%和紫外吸收剂0.2%,复合层按照各成分含量计,包括聚偏氟乙烯30%、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯50%和抗冲改性剂20%。
该建筑装饰膜的外层为抗老化层,主要用于对金属墙面材料进行保护,防止脱色和锈蚀,在外层中,聚偏氟乙烯为抗老化的主要成分,添加了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯用于增加薄膜透明度以及降低加工难度,抗冲改性剂能让薄膜易于加工且柔软,紫外吸收剂能有效的吸收阳光中的紫外线;复合层为过渡粘接层,用于连接外层和金属墙面材料,其主要材料是聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,添加了聚偏氟乙烯提高复合层的抗老化性能,抗冲改性剂改善加工性能。
外层薄膜作为保护层,长期承受日晒雨淋,虽然为金属墙面材料提供了保护,但是也极易老化,因此其中的提供抗老化功能的聚偏氟乙烯成分就尤为重要,我们采用不同含量的聚偏氟乙烯进行薄膜加工,记录加工成品率,并取各个含量加工好的成品依次放入老化房进行老化测试,保持前后测试的模拟环境不变,记录各成品的老化时间,结果如下表1所示,由表1中我们可以看出,薄膜中添加的聚偏氟乙烯的比例越高,薄膜产品的老化时间越长,抗老化效果越好,但是相反的,随着添加聚偏氟乙烯的比例增高,薄膜加工的成品率越低,意味着加工难度越大。

1.一种易粘接型建筑装饰膜,其特征在于,包括外层和复合层,所述外层按照各成分含量计,包括聚偏氟乙烯70%-90%、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5%-25%、抗冲改性剂5%-25%和紫外吸收剂0.1%-0.5%,所述复合层按照各成分含量计,包括聚偏氟乙烯0%-50%、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯20%-80%和抗冲改性剂0%-30%。
2.如权利要求1所述的易粘接型建筑装饰膜,其特征在于,所述外层按照各成分含量计,包括聚偏氟乙烯75%-85%、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5%-15%、抗冲改性剂5%-15%和紫外吸收剂0.2%-0.4%。
3.如权利要求1所述的易粘接型建筑装饰膜,其特征在于,所述复合层按照各成分含量计,包括聚偏氟乙烯10%-30%、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯50%-70%和抗冲改性剂15%-25%。
