Claims (7)

1. Förfarande för framställning av en pä vatten baserad, koncentrerad parenteral t-PA-lösning, k ä n- 5 netecknat därav, att (i) en renad, koncentrerad t-PA-lösning framställs och mediet bytes mot ett pä vatten baserat medium, vars pH är 2-5, eller (ii) t-PA löses i ett pä vatten baserat medium, 10 vars pH är 2-5, varefter den erhällna lösningen steriliseras.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n netecknat därav, att den parenterala lösningens t-PA-halt är ca 5 000 000 internationella enheter/ml. 15
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att den parenterala lösningens pH är 2-5.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att den parenterala lösningens 20 pH är ca 3,0.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat därav, att den parenterala lösningen innehäller ett ytaktivt ämne.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 1-5, k ä n - 25 netecknat därav, att den parenterala lösningen är väsentligen obuffrad.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 1-6, kännetecknat därav, att den parenterala lösningen innehäller en sädan mängd natriumklorid, att den är vä- 30 sentligen isotonisk med humant blodserum.
