Claims (7)

1. Förfarande för framställning av en dietfiberkomposition, enligt vilket en olöslig dietfiber beläggs eller omhöljs av en löslig dietfiber, som är ett hydrokolloidalt, film-bildande medel, med användning av ett vattenhaltigt medium, överskottsvattnet avlägsnas genom torkning, varvid man erhäller en överdragen fiberkomposition, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att före beläggningen av den olösli-ga fibern avlägsnas de smältbara delarna frän den olösliga dietfibern frän spannmälskli, varvid man använder ett lös-ningsmedel för att kemiskt avlägsna fettet frän den olösliga dietfibern; och därefter behandlas den fettfria fibern enzymatiskt för att avlägsna protein och kolhydrater.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att den olösliga fibern är majs-, vete-, räg-, korn- eller havrekli eller en blandning av dessa.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att den olösliga dietfibern är närvarande i en mängd av cirka 92 - cirka 98,5 % beräknat pä hela kom- positionens torrvikt. 8401 0 20
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck- n a t därav, att lösningsmedlet är hexan eller petroleter.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet l, känneteck-n a t därav, att proteinet och kolhydraterna avlägsnas genom att använda enzymerna: proteas, termostabilt a- eller β-amylas och amyloglukosidas.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck- n a t därav, att det hydrokolloida filmbildande medlet är pektin, ett alginat, ett gummi, säsom gummi arabicum, tra-gant, karaya-gummi, ghatti-gummi, agar, karragen, furcel-lan, ett växtslem, säsom psyllium, eller en blandning därav, eller dextran, xantan, kurdan, karboximetylcellulosa, metylcellulosa, hydroxipropylcellulosa, hydroxipropylme-tylcellulosa, lägmetoxi-pektin, propylenglykolalginat eller en blandning av dessa.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav att beläggningen eller överdragningen sker genom användning av flytbäddsgranulering eller enkel blandning.
