Claims (6)
- 局方崩壊試験法第一液又は局方崩壊試験法第二液及び水において膨潤可能な水溶性多糖類からなる膨潤成分と、該膨潤成分の膨潤を制御する膨潤抑制成分と、が含まれ、前記膨潤成分がサイリュームシードガム、コンニャクマンナン(グルコマンナン)、キサンタンガム、タマリンドガム、セルロース誘導体、タラガム及びグアーガムのうち少なくとも1以上であり、前記膨潤抑制成分が寒天、カラギナン、ファーセレラン、ジェランガム、アルギン酸及びアルギン酸塩のうち少なくとも1以上であることを特徴とするシリアル食品。
- 前記膨潤成分と前記膨潤抑制成分の配合比は、95:5〜10:90であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシリアル食品。
- 穀物類の割合が60%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のシリアル食品。
- 局方崩壊試験法第一液又は局方崩壊試験法第二液及び水において膨潤可能な水溶性多糖類からなる膨潤成分と、該膨潤成分の膨潤を制御する膨潤抑制成分と、が含まれ、前記膨潤成分がサイリュームシードガム、コンニャクマンナン(グルコマンナン)、キサンタンガム、タマリンドガム、セルロース誘導体、タラガム及びグアーガムのうち少なくとも1以上であり、前記膨潤抑制成分が寒天、カラギナン、ファーセレラン、ジェランガム、アルギン酸及びアルギン酸塩のうち少なくとも1以上であることを特徴とするシリアル補助食品。
- 前記膨潤成分と前記膨潤抑制成分の配合比は、95:5〜10:90であることを特徴とする請求項4記載のシリアル補助食品。
- 請求項4又は5記載のシリアル補助食品が成形後乾燥された状態で混合されていることを特徴とするシリアル食品。
