Claims (5)
1. Förfarande för framställning av 2-(N-bensyl-N-metyl-amino)etyl-metyl-2,6-dimetyl-4-(m-nitrofenyl)-l,4-dihydropy-ridin-3,5-dikarboxylat med formeln ^CH3 jY CH2<J ch3 H och hydrokloridsaltet därav, kännetecknat av att dimetyl- 2,6-dimetyl-4-(m-nitrofenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridin-3,5-dikarboxylat hydrolyseras partiellt med en vattenlösning av alka-lihydroxid i närvaro av inerta organiska lösningsmedel vid en temperatur mellan rumstemperaturen och refluxeringstempe-raturen hos reaktionsblandningen, och den erhällna 3-metoxi-karbonyl-2,6-dimetyl-4-(m-nitrofenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridin-5-karboxylsyran med formeln g02 OOH ^H3 H omsättes antingen a) med N-(2-hydroxietyl)-N-bensylmetylamin med formeln /CH3 hoch2ch2n' CH2Yj) II i7 83641 i närvaro av N,Ν'-dicyklohexylkarbodi-imid vid en tempera-tur mellan 25 och 120°C, eller b) med N-( 2-haloetyl)-N-bensylmetylainin med formeln /CH3 xch2ch2n CH2^_y väri X betecknar halogen, säsom klor eller brom, i närvaro av inerta organiska lösningsmedel och en protonacceptor vid en temperatur mellan 25 och 140°C, för erhällande av titelföreningen som möjligen överföres tili sitt farmaceu-tiskt acceptable hydrokloridsalt.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att den partiella hydrolysen utföres i närvaro av en vattenslös-ning av natriumhydroxid.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att en lägre alkohol, säsom metanol, användes som inert orga-niskt lösningsmedel i den partiella hydrolysen.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet Ib), kännetecknat av att en lägre alkohol, säsom n-butanol, användes som inert or-ganiskt lösningsmedel.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet Ib), kännetecknat av att en organisk bas, säsom trietylamin, användes som proton-acceptor .
