Claims (15)
1. Pitkänomainen lamellilevy (1), joka on sideainekiinni-tettyä mineraalivillaa ja joka sopii monikerroselementin sydämeksi, jolla monikerroselementillä on esimerkiksi peltiä oleva pintakerros kummallakin puolella, lamellilevyn muodostuessa vieretysten sovitetuista sauvoista (2), joiden pituussuunta yhtyy lamellilevyn pituussuuntaan ja joissa kuidut ovat jaettuina keskenään yhdensuuntaisissa tasoissa, jotka muodostavat suoran kulman lamellilevyn tason kanssa, ja joista sauvoista ainakin muutamat ovat lyhyempiä kuin lamellilevy, tunnettu siitä, että kahden, lamellilevyä lyhyemmän ja samalla viivalla olevan sauvan (2) toisiaan vastaan käännetyt päätypinnat (3) ovat yhteensopivat ja toisiinsa yhdistetyt.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen lamellilevy, tunnettu siitä, että päätypinnat (3) ovat liimatut toisiinsa.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen lamellilevy, tunnettu siitä, että päätypinnat ovat puristetut toisiaan vastaan niin, että muodostuu rajakerros (3d), johon sisältyy molempien sauvojen (2) kuituja.
4. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen lamellilevy, tunnettu siitä, että päätypinnat (3a) muodostavat suorasta kulmasta poikkeavan kulman sauvojen (2) pituusakselin kanssa. 12 8251 7
5. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen lamelli-levy, tunnettu siitä, että päätypinnat (3b) muodostavat suoran kulman lamellilevyn (1) tason kanssa.
6. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-3 mukainen lamellilevy, tunnettu siitä, että päätypinnat muodostavat n.k. sormilli-toksen (3c).
7. Menetelmä jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-6 mukaisen lamellilevyn (1) valmistamiseksi, jossa pituussuuntaisesti leikataan sauvoja (2) mineraalivillalevystä, sauvojen pituuden ollessa toinen kuin lamellilevyn pituus, sauvat käännetään 90° pituusakselinsa ympäri ja yhdistetään lamellilevyk-si, tunnettu siitä, että sauvat (2) ensin yhdistetään (Va) päätypinnat vastakkain pitkiksi sauvoiksi (4), joista leikataan sauvoja (Vila), joiden pituus vastaa lamellilevyn pituutta ja jotka sivusuunnassa viedään yhteen lamellilevyn muodostamiseksi.
8. Patenttivaatimuksen 7 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että mineraalilevyn lamellileikkauksesta peräisin oleva sauvavirta, joka käsittää 90° käännettyjä sauvoja, vaihesiirretään (IVb) aksiaalisuunnassa, yhdistetään pääty-pinnat vastakkain edellisen sauvavirran kanssa, jossa sauvat ovat vastaavalla tavalla leikatut ja vaihesiirretyt, pitkien sauvojen (4) virraksi, että vaihesiirretystä sauvavirrasta tämän jälkeen leikataan (Vb) pituus, joka vastaa lamellilevyn pituutta lamellilevyn (1) muodostamiseksi.
9. Patenttivaatimuksen 7 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että mineraalilevyn lamellileikkauksesta peräisin olevasta sauvavirrasta sauvat yhdistetään toisiinsa perätysten pitkäksi sauvaksi (4), josta leikataan lamellilevyn (1) pituutta vastaavia sauvoja, jotka viedään yhteen lamellilevyn muodostamiseksi.
10. Patenttivaatimuksen 7 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että sauvat (2) yhdistetään toisiinsa liimasidoksella 13 82517 siten, että päätypinnoille viedään liimaa ennen pintojen yhdistämistä ja että liima kiinnitetään yhdistämisen jälkeen, esimerkiksi kuivaamalla.
11. Patenttivaatimuksen 8 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että liiman saattaminen sauvojen päätypinnoille tapahtuu ennen sauvavirran vaihesiirtämistä.
12. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 7-11 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että sauvojen tulevat sivupinnat tasojyrsi-tään tai käsitellään muulla tavalla.
13. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 7-12 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että sauvojen (2) päätypinnat tasojyrsitään tai käsitellään muulla tavalla siten, että pinnat tulevat yhteensopiviksi toistensa kanssa, esimerkiksi yhdensuuntaisiksi, ennen kuin ne viedään yhteen ja ennen kuin niille lisätään mahdollinen liima.
14. Patenttivaatimuksen 13 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että sauvojen (2) päätypintoihin muodostetaan uria niin, että syntyy sormiliitos (3c) päätypintoja yhdistettäessä.
15. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 7-14 mukainen menetelmä tunnettu siitä, että sauvat puristetaan yhteen yhdistämis-vaiheessa paineella, joka ylittää 100 Pa, edullisesti 500 Pa.
